It's crazy how much one can feel the passion and hard work that you put into these videos. I'm Italian and the more videos I watch the more I discover about my own country and traditions. You truly made me want to travel, which is what I'll do more of in 2024! A bit odd to think I'm following a foreigner's advice on how to travel my own country hahahah, but you really show how much you've traveled and know Italy. Keep it up!
GRANDE! I'm thrilled to hear that my videos are sparking such a passion for travel in you, especially in your own beautiful country, Italy! 😊 It's an honor to share my experiences and insights, and I'm glad they resonate with you. Keep exploring and discovering the wonders around you - that's the purpose of this channel, to inspire! Here's to many more adventures in 2024! 🇮🇹✈️
At the moment I'm only 14 minutes in to your very well organized and extremely thoughtful video and I'm already hooked. Your take so far is a delight so I wanted to thank you for all the really hard work you put into this!
Jessica, your words mean a lot! I'm thrilled to hear you're enjoying the video. It's fantastic to know that the organization and details are resonating with you. I hope the rest of the video keeps you engaged and informed. Happy viewing
Sir, my wife and I will be visiting Italy soon, I am a first generation American, Both of my parents born in Italy, But I've never been. So we have been watching many videos on the subject. I have to say, your videos ( BY FAR) are the most informative, and YOU are easy to understand and seem very genuine, ect. etc. THANK YOU for what you do! Simply the best.

😃 Thanks a ton for the kind words! 🌍 Italy holds a special place in my heart, yep, live here too. And I'm thrilled that my travel advisements give off that vibe. Spontaneity is the secret sauce, right? 😉 Any specific Italian gems you'd love travel tips for?

I fell in love with the beauty of florence recently and because I want to visit it next year I was consuming videos about it like crazy the last couple days. This is by far the best Video I have seen! I could have watched another 2 hours of you touring around this beautiful city. Keep up the good work, my man! 👏🏼
Thank you so much for the high praise! I'm thrilled to hear that my vid stood out to you in your quest for information. Florence's beauty is indeed captivating, and I'm glad my video could add to your excitement about visiting. @@GregorBrown My family and I are leaving in 3 days and we're bound for Italy. Your videos are so helpful especially the Florence and Rome. I'll make a list of the food that you have suggested. 🙂
Thank you very much for such detailed descriptions of what, where and how. I really want to go to Italy but I don't know the language and my English is also poor. Travel agencies are expensive and the program doesn't always include what I would like. Thanks to you I will dare to go to Italy. Your videos are great and very helpful. Thank you
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad the videos have helped boost your confidence to explore Italy. Don't worry about the language - a smile and some basic phrases can go a long way. Enjoy your trip, and I'm sure you'll have an amazing time! Safe travels! 😊
Great video, I highly recommend it to friends visiting Florence. I have been a few times and find your history, recommendations and advice to be what every traveler to Florence should take advantage of before they go. Grazie e saluti.
Love this so much . Very well done . I am headed there in March April 2025 . You have a jacket in . What month is this ? Thinking the weather will be cool …60’s? TIA
Thank you for the lovely feedback! It's fantastic to know the Florence Ultimate Guide hit the mark. Your support means a lot, and there's plenty more content on the way. Keep watching! 🇮🇹
Great video. Well spoken thoughtful and entertaining. Your videos are energetic and fast moving….. love them I travel a lot and they make me want to travel more. Keep them coming!!!!!!!!!! thank you!!
Thanks for the great videos. Can you please share the link to your recommended rooftop in Florence. You reference it (La la Loggia maybe?), but I don’t see it linked. Thx
What a masterpiece of a video! Thank you for all you have done. We are in love with Florence because of you before we even get there. We are arriving in mid October to Florence. My question is, how do men dress at this time of year? Is linen still okay? Should men bring a sportcoat for evenings out, like you had on at one point in this video? Thank you for your help.
I’ll be in the Oltrarno neighborhood 11/25-1/3 . You mentioned some businesses closed during those times. Would you guess what % are closed and what type of businesses? Great Video !
Nice video! I have a question, do I have to stay in line to enter the cathedral if I have Brunelleschi ticket? I have timed entry to climb the dome, is there a passage way to get inside the cathedral without getting in the long line after I get down from the dome?
I was there in December this year on a cruise main objective was replacing my red leather backpack. In the street market shocked at how much more things cost this year....Oh yea saw David also
you'll be ok in tourist areas. you can't speak to everyone on the street though as English in some places can be limited. Anyway, don't let that stop you!!
Great videos and content. Well done Sir, thank you. Just got from Florence. Wasn't my first trip there, but your videos definitely showed me some places I didn't know about and forget. Keep up the amazing content.
Ok so you buy your online ticket for the Uffizi museum. But then you have to go somewhere there to get the actual ticket. 2 Questions: Where exactly do you go to get the actual ticket and isn’t there a line there?
Yes, I understand the process can seem a bit unstreamlined in Italy. For the Uffizi Museum, after purchasing your ticket online, you'll need to pick up the physical ticket on-site. You'll typically find clear signs directing you to the ticket pick-up area once you're at the museum. And yes, there can be a line for ticket pick-up, but it's usually much shorter and faster than the regular ticket purchase line. Keep an eye out for the signs, and you'll be all set to enjoy the Uffizi! 🇮🇹🎟️🖼️✨

Yes, you do need to stay in line to enter the cathedral, even with a Brunelleschi ticket. There’s no separate entry after climbing the dome. ⏳🏰
