Watched this one 3 times because I have a crush on this house has everything. Place to put car , outdoor space that is private mountain views. I don't speak Italian, but would take classes to learn. I was fluent in French 30yrs ago , I took 5yrs of french in high school and at university. But not many people in USA speak French, so I littery had no one to speak French with 💔 heartbreaking because I spent alot of time learning French. 💔
Stunning views from the terrace, those mountains look so beautiful with the snow. Fantastic priced property, you couldn't buy a beach hut in the UK for that price. Your tranquil and placid tones sell it every time for me.
WOW. Now that is the perfect home. Good sized rooms. Plenty of natural light. An attic for extra space. I would buy this in a heartbeat.............Love it......................
Great place with amazing views - the whole reason to moove to Italy in the first place, IMO, is for views like that! Terrace window needs replacing, though. But A nice townhouse with a yard just big enough for growing tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, and flowers is perfect. And I would start every day for the rest of my life with coffee and breakfast out on that terrace with those views. Every single day. :=8)
What a gem 💎! Its perfectly sized. I would take your opinion and make that window an door way to that terrace and add an bathroom as well. Thanks for sharing ❤
Well i want 2 buy it now !!! Just big enough for me and other friends / fam/ even an apartment with fresco 😅 but i'm all the time at the bottem of the list off buyers, i'm afraight . But i won't panic , won't panic ... ❤❤perfect and keep money for perfect interrior!!! I won't miss this one ... i but it in a heart beat . What a price , what a fantasie place... ❤❤❤
@@carollogue8218 It is worth mentioning that the recent change in property purchase regulations is not instituted by Italy, but rather by Canada. Effective January 1st, non-residents are now prohibited from acquiring real estate property in Canada for the next two years in an effort to control rising real estate prices and make housing more accessible to Canadian citizens. This change creates a non-reciprocal situation in Italy, potentially affecting Canadian citizens who are interested in purchasing a home there. On the other hand, the Italian reciprocity law for real estate sets the guidelines and limitations for non-Italian citizens looking to purchase property in Italy. This law aims to establish equal property purchasing rights between Italy and other countries. However, if a foreign country restricts Italian citizens' ability to purchase property, Italy may reciprocate by applying similar restrictions to citizens of that country. The specifics of the reciprocity law can vary based on international agreements and the policies of each individual country.
this is a very nice townhouse。would you please let me know what is association fee for each month。what is the property tax for year of 2022. Thank you so much.
How much would it cost to expose the stone on outside? I would knock down that half wall in kitchen and make it really open concept 😊 does furniture come with? Someone hoping to move to Italy to retire too many stairs 😢
Beautiful place and village. I’m wondering how long the village and its services will last. Population in 2007 was less then 1000 people. Today it’s probably half. That is my biggest concern with those mountain villages.
Vittorito has over 820 residents and a good number of holiday homes. It is fast becoming a hotspot for foreign buyers and is close to many larger towns and work. There is a fantastic winery in the centre and other businesses that draw people there I would not be concerned at all.
Dont some Italian towns give you houses if you’ll live there ? It could get really lonely..how much are houses in popular resorts, where you’ll meet English speakers…
¿Esta casa y la contigua, se vendieron? Me encantan. Es tan sencilla y fácil de decorar, para tener una casita cerca de la montaña. Me asusta que medio Vittorito esté en venta. Muchísimas gracias.
Breaking all my piggy banks, this is perfect...I'd put my small embroidery/jewelry business in that top room. Packing the cat and counting my coins. lol
WOW, that is a very nice house with an amazing view, absolutely beautiful!!! Those are perfectly normal size bathrooms, it's the oversized american bathrooms which are out-of-the-ordinary for the rest of the world...Some americans claim that they need huge kitchens ( even though realistically one doesn't need more than 3 feet of counter to prepare a meal), because they entertain in them, perhaps they need also huge bathrooms because they entertain there too? lol
that topfloor bedroom: you want more than a french window - create a 4m-wide aperture and install two full-height sliding glass panes, complete with full-height gauze-like white curtains, and you get one princely room.
Great presentation, life in Italy is completely different you only need bars and restaurants lm sure there is a grocery store. Where is this property exactly because l Google and it shows it's near Treviso? I love Treviso , thank you so much for sharing cheers from Australia
I'm an elderly gentleman. Is there any property that's all on one level. I can't manage going up and down stairs. Maybe a step or two but not an entire staircase.
what are the requirements for me as a Brit looking to buy a property in Italy, who currently lives in the UK. Could I buy and move to Italy with just my passport?
As a Brit after Brexit you can spend up to 6 months per year without visa but in periods of no more than 90 days at a time. Or you can apply for a visa if you want to retire there, there are some good tax benefits for retirees who become residents of regions like Abruzzo
the only way this kind of video would be better, is if I were watching a video about someone living their life out of that space.. instead of just selling the space. Slaves love the dream.. but free people love to live. And the place is nice, but it's sad too.. because people are leaving it, for some reason. People don't build their own space for their life.. they *borrow* spaces from the banks.

I love this one ❤️, has nice outdoor space on ground level and garage plus the terrace is huge 😊 awe that view of mountains is gorgeous
This one's awesome.
Spacious and above all that terrace level.
Personnally, between kitchen and living room, I would replace the half wall by an island: countertop and lowers cabinets.
Was thinking the same thing.
What a gem 💎! Its perfectly sized. I would take your opinion and make that window an door way to that terrace and add an bathroom as well. Thanks for sharing ❤
Stunning! Those views! That terrace! I wish it was on the market now.
What a view of the mountain!
Love this Property.
Thanks for sharing. It’s a gorgeous property and love the location and to have the garden. A fan from Australia

Bravo! Bravo! A nice place, an incredible house, with a stunning view. Taking the nearest flight to buy it.
The most beautiful seen, so far!
Looks great! I'm sure it will be gone by the time we see you June 6th though! Very, very nice!!
Great video! What a beautiful view. So sad Canadians cannot buy homes in Italy now for at least two years.
Sunil, I had no idea! Why is that?
@@carollogue8218 because Canada has not allowed foreighners to buy in our country now Italy is paying back the issue ...it is LAW NOW ...SAD

@@sunnyprashar2722 thank you. Can a Canadian potentially gain Italian citizenship allowing them to purchase a home in Italy?
@@tsocanuck well that is a shame. Hopefully, by the time I am ready in 4 years, the opportunity to purchase my Italian home will be available.

beautiful rococo style chairs
Love the boot, this region is something I would be interested in.
Right! A very good opportunity for a home in Italy. Thank you for showing it. I forget the prices if it is not written by the title or on the notes. 😊
Beautiful 😍❤️👍
Has this one sold? I have to know!
I have to admit, I am absolutely mesmerised by this place and the terrace.
Yes, sorry it is sold. We have some incredible places coming up!

Very nice!
Incredible needs modernizing but what an excellent investment
Nice ! In conjunction with property sales, do you also link up with legal teams to secure long term visas ?

Is this low price common for Italy? Is there a catch?
Nice place and it will make someone very happy. Do you know of any place that might be considered "For Sale and financed by Owener?"
Please give us average temperatures at different seasons.
what a nice house for that price....
I love Abruzzo ❤️. One of the best towns. I wonder, are the bathrooms sewer or septic tank?
Everything is mains, there's even even fibre optics in town
This place is back on your website. Is it back on the market?
You can't get a garage for that price in northeastern America
Beautiful but does the town really have less than 1000 inhabitants?
You never find like this lovely property in Bangladesh . If you find luckily it would three million above .

Can you get a mortgage as a UK resident to use as a holiday home? If so how much deposit would I need?
pas mal du tout
My dream!
What is the price, couldn't find it
So as interested when can this be viewed as a potential place to live...
i see that for some people ITS hard to do CONSTRUCTIVE criticism...
It's always à question of how you present your CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and the tone you use to speak to others, don't you think?!
Absolutely gorgeous how much is it
€79,000
Does the property has internet connection?
Hi. Today is February 1, 2023 and I am interested in that prosperity, how much are the taxes and if it is still for sale. Thank you.
It is still on market?
The entrance you entered the home by leads directly onto the street or is it also fenced in?
Fenced in.
So the drive-in is only for the side kitchen door, or other is something else further inside?

I've now watched about 8 videos from this Channel. I propose it should be renamed the 'Reveal Stone' channel!!😂
Good call, might just do it!
I would buy this but I don't have residency
With taxes etc how much would be the total purchase price?
Am in love with this property, if u love a property what do I have to do please x

79k euro! What's the catch? I would put an offer on this place right now, well maybe tomorrow, if this is totes above board.
Wow
Sorry spelling erro...... my mistake left out the "t"
Good God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wats the cost ??
Ile kosztuje ten dom?
Price? Taxes?
What's the price for someone like me and the US can you add a third bathroom and for the Terrace can you build up the walls
Building up the walls on the terrace is retarded.
What is the average cost of a flat in these small villages? My wife and I are looking for a holiday place in Italy 🇮🇹
