I think that Chiara’s dad was having multiple affairs and Chiara’s mother, Clara, found out she told him but out of rage and not wanting to loose Chiara’s father killed Clara years later Chiara after the lack of having caring parents and most likely being in foster care takes it out on innocent people thinking that because her parents couldn’t love each other no one else should be able to either. Also i love the character designs!
I think he killed his ex wife then he went to jail but way before that they had a kid and she was a baby while this was happening so when she lost her parents she became a killer queen the kid I think that there kid tho.

ok so I know that this was not what was meant by the video and that in canon the father was clearly actually cheating, but it gave me the idea for a more unique oc family backstory where one of the parents is incredibly paranoid and perhaps influenced by a past relationship where they were cheated on and falsely interprets everything to think their partner is cheating on them when really in the beginning there was nothing going on and towards the end they're desperately trying to get advice from therapists and the first person's friends on what to do to help the first person it'd also fit rly well to the song with the one point where the first person has a glimpse of what's actually going on they start questioning their sanity which at this point is definitely lacking but they just go back to believing their s/o is cheating because its easier for them to come to terms with literally anyone who reads this, feel free to steal it cause I don't make ocs hahshsa

[Edited] So I think Chiara's Mom (Clara) found out her husband [Henry] was cheating on her and he kept on making lies and excuses so they can stay married/together, (abandonment issues or possessiveness?) I believe Clara was dependant on her husband for something maybe? Like needed him or she'd go crazy because really he's all she has? (That would explain why she kept going back/forgiving him despite knowing he lied) she kept doubting herself and questioning reality like if she really just made things up and her husband is truly innocent, if she's the bad guy in the situation and is in the wrong, overtime she started trusting her husband less and less but she eventually got fed up and decided to end this once and for all by contacting some of the women he was with n stuff (maybe for evidence in court or to prove to him she has proof hes lying) after she confronted him he begged for forgiveness but she wasn't having it and out of rage & probably possessiveness he murdered his wife (or had her murderd by assassination or something like that.)
