Great video... Was wondering if there is a forehand grip in between Eastern and remix western and if so, how to easily find this grip... Eastern feels comfortable but relatively limited top spin. Semi Western feels quite awkward and uncomfortable. Wanted to explore an in between grip... Or is this a bad idea? Best to just make the jump directly to Semi Western?
Great question, my apologies for the delayed reply... Just launched another tennis center but I am back! To answer your question you have wiggle room between the two grips. My forehand grip is between the eastern and semi western (index knuckle in between bevel 3 and 4). I hear many players on tour play in between as well. Give it a try.
Yeah, it can be confusing and create errors at first. It takes a fixed environment with additional time between strokes to build up the muscle memory. A ball machine is a great tool to create the ideal practice environment.
New subscriber here, wanted a good explanation of the different grips and this is pretty darn good!
This is the best explanation on the internet
Fantastic explanation of each type of grip, its pros, and its cons. I learned a lot. Keep it up!
Much appreciated!

To me is much easier to stay on Continental Grip all the time. It is so confusing to keep changing the grip at least to me.
