I'm so glad to hear someone else say that stretched hair grows better. As a new natural I kept hearing no heat low manipulation but it wasn't working. I noticed my hair wanted heat so I started blowing my hair and now it's not breaking so much. Took me 2 years of listening to others. Now a listen but pay attention to what my hair likes! 🙏

Agreed. I love that a female black scientist said this a while back in this video: ruclips.net/video/a-G9TKqUP5M/видео.html.
It took a second for it to REALLY click, but once I really understood and experienced what she was saying, I haven't looked back since.
I stretch my hair OFTEN. It is now thriving.

Hi Janet! Thank you so much for your thorough review of RevAir! We know our device is unlike any other hair tool on the market and appreciate you taking the time to determine your proper heat setting and tension setting. Just a quick tip for next time you use RevAir :: When you take the mouth of the wand to your scalp, it is best to make small movements of the wand around the roots to keep from feeling the heat in one spot on your head. Your hair looks incredible!!! 😍

Revair keep doing what your doing and you'll see your company continue to grow Representation is ESSENTIAL in 2021 and so far your doing a very good job showing everyone some love but especially your CORE Base which seems to be those with extremely curly coily hair because when you type Revair you mainly see Afro textured hair people reviewing this vs Dyson which most reviews are from those who naturally have straight hair already which isn't hard to blow out in the first place so its not as impressive as what this Revair can do with turning a type 4 hair straight in 90 secs.. SO continue to CATER to your core audience especially and don't ever forget who pushed your product the most which alot of companies do once they are extremely successful. Like this Revair was meant for curly heads I feel like they took the time to create something with US in mind and I love it.. You can honestly say the Revair is Genuinely made for ALL HAIR TYPES .

@@lakinhatcher4983 I don’t use leave in until after it’s done drying. If I use it during blowout it makes my hair feel like straw. Mine actually stopped turning on about a year ago. I have a dyson now. Love it drys my hair so fast. I just do a heat protectant and chi silk during blow drying and then after I use a mix of the mane choice heavenly halo with aunt Jackie’s in control moisturizer and my oil mix. I've had mine for 2 years. I absolutely would buy it again if something happens to mine. It was worth the money I spent on it. I have long 4b hair that has to stay stretched. I use it every time I wash and have not suffered any heat damage and I was using it twice a month. Best 400 bucks I've spent for hair tools.

Janet, I was gifted a Revair and I completely agree with you. It has completely revolutionised by hair routine and helped propel my hair growth. For those who want to avoid heat you can use this on the cold setting and it will still do a good job of stretching your hair. To be completely honest, the first time I used it I went to 7 on the highest heat and that was too harsh for my hair. I have played around with the settings since and now I have mastered it. So pleased with it. My daughter also uses it and she has waist-length hair now. Great video and very clearly explained btw. xx

I find it absolutely hilarious that 99% of us gave this thing the side eye due to its price point 2 years ago and swore we would NEVER spend that kind of money on a hair dryer... Fast forward to 2020 now just about every natural wants one even if that means a payment plan 🤣. As a collective people we welcome anything that makes our hair care easier and are willing to drop the coin if the product is good.. I just got one for Christmas I can't wait to use this thing!! The most bougie hair tool I've ever owned...lol They dropped that payment plan option and now like a miracle folks are opening up to it ...

I do not pit heat in my hair. I haven't done it in years. Instead, I use natural ayurveda on my hair to cleanse and condition. I have Wet brushes to detangle as well as to dry my hair. Using natural butters and oils, moisturize and braid into 6 or more sessions. I braid every night to protect and keep it stretched without heat. African threading will do the same. Just be careful not to wrap the threading yarn too tight. However, thanks for the idea. Maybe , I will try for Special Occasions. Your hair looks nice.

This dries my hair on low heat, level 5 suction in 30 seconds per section. I was shocked! I thought I would need high heat. I can also use low heat, suction level 4 for 40-45 seconds per section. I can finish my whole head in 15 minutes! I’ve only used it twice and experimenting on which suction level and amount of time is best for my hair.

Just came across this vid. So my hair is only about 4 to 5 inches, should I buy this blow dryer and keep it stretched? Looking forward to your response.

U can benefit from it. RevAir says as long as your hair is over 3 inches.

Hi queeennnnn❤️❤️❤️ I thought I'd never get waist length hair if I didn't detangle properly. BTW what do I do if I'm trying to stay away from heat and also if I wash my hair but I don't feel like detangling..
    I love you mama❤️❤️❤️

I am no longer using combs or brushes. I use brushes rarely on my edges and I am taking way more time finger detangle. I do the LOC method every other day since my hair is high porosity and gets dry super quickly. I am also only using my own hair to protective style. Be encouraged and ask The Lord to continue guiding you. He made every part of you and cares.

Hi Hun, I personally wouldn’t recommend once a week even if you are using low heat only because its alot of manipulation to wash, deep condition and blow dry every week. I would suggest spread it to atleast 2-3 weeks. Hope this helps 🧡

    • @Jeuldanae
      @Jeuldanae 3 года назад +1

Blowing out your hair on low heat weekly is fine. Just make sure you ONLY use a heat protectant. And hairstylist actually recommended washing your hair weekly to make sure it’s always hydrated. Also, shea butter isn’t a heat protectant and can actually damage your hair if you’re using it as such.

Hi Janet, I received the Revair and was really looking forward to having an easy stretched hair without a worry about how long wash day will take me. This arrived broken to start with but most importantly didn't last 30 minutes before it stopped working even though I used a converter as it stated on the manual that it needs a 120V 60Hz power outlet (sure this wasn't stated in this video either). I rarely purchase items on a wimp especially when not in the same country where I reside so I can easily return if there are damages/faults. Not sure how you used yours and if it still works. It is rather unfortunate that this wasn't made clear. The customer support obviously will absolve themselves of any cost. Wish I stayed away honestly. £300 in the bin
