what is the school system like? is it tribal or public? or a combination? next question. the beach..is the tide out? is it considered part of your land? next question. i noticed your driveway has a hill...a problem in the winter with ice/sliding?
Our school is public. In front of our house is large tidal flats. Meaning there is not a lot of elevation change. So the tide seems to go really far out and cone up really high. There is a river run off that goes through the flats. So I think technically our property would go to that. The hill is a problem. A lot of times when it has snowed we need chains to get up it.
