I love your apartment tours and I think this is my favorite video so far. Totally my dream apartment. Please don't stop doing them. The only thing tho (which is no critique on you or anything) is the issue of gentrification, especially since this is in highland park. idk it's just something that I can't stop thinking about as someone who is a poc and lives and has grown up in an un-gentrified area of LA

I really love this series and have been thrilled to see a new apartment tour from you pop up in my feed for years. You should think about finding beautiful homes from around the country (maybe design bloggers/instragrammers/etc) and start traveling and filming their space! You should check out this woman Kirsten Dirksen's channel if you haven't to get an idea of what I'm talking about....she kind of does that but it's more about innovative architecture. I mean I don't know her or how she does it or anything, but it's a good reference. Seems like a niche you would rock.
