What an absolutely amazing idea and execution, and a super cool way to ressurect your old minis you might not want to play with anymore but still -look- awesome.
This piece encapsulates EVERYTHING I've been thinking about US big budget cinema (and effect on/from US current culture) very, very well. Immediate sub.
I can’t pick a chapter for my space marines so I think I’m going to do a “chapters united” army and just have each squad painted in the chapter colors that reflect what chapter favors those units like white scars for all my bikes and blood angel color for my jump pack intercessors and so on
Man, that is such a cool idea! I have some of those frames lying around (used quite a few of those to make dice trays some time ago - remove the glass and line the bottom with some foam and/or felt and boom, no more dice rolling absolutely everywhere!) and while I don't play Warhammer, I do like to print and paint miniatures for D&D. And when you print minis, it's VERY easy to print multiples for something like this! Thanks for the idea, definitely going to steal this one!
Looks awesome sauce and as usual you always bring a grin to my chin. This time it was mad OP Techno soundtrack for stripping mini's. Thanks man. You are the artistic bomb.
good stuff! If you do this again, it would be cool to see some of the bg color brought onto the minis to really place them in the scene, kinda like mother-color stuff.
Great project! Lovely to see old mini's getting a second life! Personally I would have stayed within the Zorn palette though. I don't see a big benefit of using blue (NMM) and purple (black armor) color composition wise.
That must have taken a crap ton of hours to complete. But what an amazing result. I’m also inspired by Roman but don’t know that I have the skills to do that kind of stuff.
Hi, could you maybe do a video on good companies that we can get plastic miniatures from? I have many STL, but no 3D Printer, so I am at my end waiting on my boss/friend to "Get around" to printing some of them for me. Ordering resin figures is not cheap either, part of the reason I quit the hobby 20 years ago (I was painting Verlinden 120mm figures at that time). So good quality traditional plastic figures seem like a balanced possibility. Thanks.

The bearded one did not need to go that HARD on that paint stripping edit! That's amazing!
The initial montage was super fun :D
The “i love edging” shirt had me dead.
I'm a simple man, I see Zumikito video, I click
My brain reads this with a Russian accent

The final result looks like the feeling when you're out on the town with your mates on a Friday night
A textbook example of atmospheric perspective was the background.
Lilac and black is ❤
The orange background with blue highlights make it pop. They still feel black, great usage of the complimentary colors.
y'know, I hadn't thought of using lilac that way.
It looks amazing, and I'm glad you decided to share it with us!
Should put a tiny battery powered strip light stuck to the underside of the top frame.
Because of this video, I will make a WH40k Nativity Scene. Thanks, Z!

Somehow, this man manages to teach me things even without making a tutorial
Absolutely beautiful work using some of my all-time favourite GW minis. Love it.
What an awesome way to honour an older model. Thanks for the idea!
It looks amazing. And full of humor and self criticism, to get an entertaining video!
Really great job
Super cool! That contrasting warm tone background makes all your hard work on the minis pop!
absolutely loved this one
I love the effect!
brooo the editing on this is insaneee
Awesome diorama, great job.
So i see that your level of paiting of space marines (at the beggining) is like mine now ! i love it ... there is a chance for me then

Measure twice cut once as I was taught, great video dude.
Loads of cool camerawork in this video. Awesome as always!
i love the one dude which is getting out of the frame with his sword :D very nice work :D
The last few seconds made me feel like I was watching a reunion tour.
I am Grimaldus. Reclusiarch of the blue and lilac templars. 😊
That came out super nice. Way to go
Man that's so inspiring. I'm totally going to do something like that with my old minis!
I really, really like this.
I never knew i needed a strpping paint edit
This was amazing and inspiring.
Your video has motivated me to create a photo frame diorama like this!
I love how this came out!! Another painter I know that likes to do frame like minis is Chris Suhre.
Very cool idea! And flawless execution as always
Great piece of mini-art!
Wow! I really like this crazy mood in the beginning of the video! god damn this is so gooooooood!
Stripping a whole army = Asking for an ass kicking!
Awesome work

For Dorn and Sigismund!
Would be cool if you did more of these of iconic box covers. Great work!
Just a suggestion. I find for basing to use air clay cause is easy to work it VERY light, cheap and just better than miliput
This is something that I want to do. Maybe once I get better with nmm I'll paint up a black templer or some sisters.
Epiiiiicccc!!!!!!
i so love your humour! plz never retire XD
9:47 confused about this statement, because the black is highlighted in the artwork, right?
Cool as always.
This is absolutely top
Bro, ya RUclips game has stepped up remarkably
Congrats man
Much much much more enjoyable videos than before
This one is probably my favorite to date
Fantastic gift idea! Id need to find a way to attach a perspex box to the front though, i couldnt handle the dust accumulation!
good stuff! If you do this again, it would be cool to see some of the bg color brought onto the minis to really place them in the scene, kinda like mother-color stuff.
Great project and execution! Would have been great if you did a pro and cons at the end, like what you would have done differently for example.
Man, you're an artist !
Looks super cool man! Great job!
Good job on this one. It was an interesting video as well 🎉
So bloody glorious!!! WOW. Also that fella with the chain arm thing, is he a space marine or servitor? He's really gone through it.
Oh yea that is an old servitor. Thank you!
Great job mate, that is class!
Looks like we have a little grey in that fabulous beard
Awesome job

It breaks my heart to see you strip your old miniature's, those are holy relics of a time long past. Bad Zumikito!
Hold on! I want that sweater!
Check the "store" tab on my youtube channel :)
Alright, Loving it Just for the edit 😂
You shouldn't be using the index and middle fingers to maintain moisture.
The middle and ring fingers are so much better for the job
Freaking awesome!!!!
Gawd dam your so much better at painting then me

that shirt you are wearing is hilarious 😂
I love edging, but why would you bring up models?
What song was that at the beginning? Was absolutely fire like your minis.
Cool
Freaking amazing!

I need the “I love edging” shirt. Where can we track one down?
Check the store tab on my RUclips channel 😁
@@Zumikito thanks. Love the double meaning
Fantastico!
Oh man does that not hurt a lot? To stick "it" in there with two types of glue😆
Fun video, i realy liked it a lot
That is a beautiful beard
love the t shirt lol
That's pretty cool. But too heavy to put on a wall potentially?
Where did you get the ''I love edging'' hoodie? I'd love to get one for myself.
