- The jury deliberating in the Michael Jackson-Bolanos jury trial has told the judge they are deadlocked. However, deliberations will resume Monday morning.
His guilt was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. It just wasn’t. Not guilty.
I don’t care what anyone says..the prosecution did not PROVE this case

Prosecutor case was WEAK. They did not even track Samantha's ex-boyfriend phone as they tracked Michael. Also, he confessed, then retracted. This woman deserves Justice and her family as well. This man is NOT GUILTY! Not just because the reasonable doubt is screaming through the court roof but because this killer literally sat on stand. I may have speculated in the beginning by but the end of Jeff testimony I was 1000 percent sure that man is Guilty. And the family and some friends who are changing their initial statements and concerns about him are making things worse because they don’t want him to be the killer they want the black man to be the killer.

It’s a part of the process. If they say they’re deadlocked then the judge has to read the “deadlocked instructions” give them more time to deliberate. If they come back still deadlocked then the judge will declare a mistrial. Same thing happened with the Karen Read trial
@@jada877No it's not. The Judge does NOT have to tell them to go back in that room at all on a hung jury! They are trying to set that man up! It is not a common thing for a judge to ask the jury to continue deliberating. The judge usually declares it a mistrial. They on some bullshit @TrinetteNash

The defense showed someone, that looked like her ex-boyfriend at 1: 20 am running near the scene. Why didn't the prosecutor show the same thing. Prosecutor said, her door was open, when the police arrived, of course she ran out the door. Ex- boyfriend admitted to the murder and had a bonfire after the murder. The prosecutor and the police did not do their due diligence. They should have examined that fire.

So why was she dressed to go outside at 4:00 a.m. The defense said that she might have gotten stabbed, passed out, realize she was dying and ran outside at 4:00 a.m. the ex-boyfriend had at least 10 subscription bottles. He had mushrooms. If I'm not mistaken, he had marijuana, I could be wrong on this. The prescription bottles was never examine. What was he doing with mushrooms, even I, won't mess with that.

He left in a hurry bc of what he did stopped bc she made it out to sidewalk. If he murdered her, there would been blood on his shirt, sleeves, the door handle, etc. They had his phone and didn’t track his location, they had his shoes and didn’t test them for dna, they didn’t test the knife he had in his vehicle, you know why? I was thinking they gave Jeff immunity against any mushroom charges. I don’t think shrooms legal in Michigan. But I don’t think the subject of mushrooms found in his fridge came up when he on the stand ( on purpose). Didn’t hear about them till the search warrant showed what they found.
