Driver is out on bond for armed robbery, evading GPS monitoring, and a usual suspect. Couldn't be any less shocking. I'm sure they will continue to treat him with kids gloves in this NAKEDLY racist country of ours with the NAKEDLY racist criminal justice system 🤣🤣

Instead of signs saying stl however many miles, the signs should be a warning to not enter for any reason
I live in St. Louis and I couldn’t agree more. People don’t stop at stop signs or red lights. They don’t even consider stopping. It’s maddening.

I hate driving in STL.
I tried to call the police on Sunday night ,for a reckless driving that was speeding up and down on downtown & they never picked up the phone .
You probably live in a low income zip code. Believe me, if you lived in a wealthy enclave in St. Louis, the cops would be there in an instant. Police exist to protect the wealthy and the corporations. The U.S. is now officially corrupt beyond belief. Just off the charts inequality and economic exploitation.
So sad to hear this. My prayers are with her. And her family. God be with them.

I’m shocked at the perpetrator, and the weak response to a violent reckless assault. Pretty girl, loses both legs on a volleyball scholarship. But he will see another day to hurt again.
The driver, Daniel Riley, had been charged with armed robbery in 2020. When his case came to trial in 2022, the office of DA Kim Gardiner said they were “not ready” to present their case. They dropped the original charges and refiled lesser ones. Riley was out on bond under house arrest with orders to wear a GPS tracker. When he caused the accident that maimed this young woman, he was violating both requirements - which he’d done some 40 times already, without his bond being revoked. Daniel Riley is Black, as is Soros-backed DA Gardiner, in case anyone was wondering.

I'm a middle aged man and beach volleyball is my life right now. I am sick hearing about this poor kid. 😢😢

i lived right above that intersection for 3 years. they dont obey traffic signs or lights in STL.
such a trash…..TRASHY city, and they are proud of it.
i moved to a different state 1 year ago, I had to adjust to seeing police actually pulling cars over again.
I dont know why orgs consistently choose STL as a place to do business.

It is well known in IL and MO - a green light means look both ways before entering the intersection. Red lights mean all clear, go on through as if on the highway. Traffic "laws" are just suggested "behaviors" for many drivers.
