I completely understand. It sucks when you hit a "glass ceiling" in places that you love. I had to walk away from my position as the youth director at my previous church because I was the only person who wasn't satisfied with the status quo. The ideas, gifts, and talents that God gave me became stagnant because no one wanted to grow. If you do decide to create a channel or anything else on your own please let us know. We can support you all.

This reminds me of group projects in school and my last project in college. There are always one or two people doing the work while the others are practically nonexistent until presentation day. I'm sorry this happened and hope you have a restful break. I hope that if you collaborate again, you will find people who will help out.
