Late to the party, but I just found a physical workaround if the above video doesn't work: ruclips.net/video/IgPCCLgz7kQ/видео.html&ab_channel=SeeSucess Essentially, remove 3 screws, reset the plastic counter mechanism, replace screws and follow the instructions from this video to reset the drum counter and it works!!!
