    This is amazing. Been into the dan for a while, and i'm getting into piano too so this just made my day. I love the interlude/little jam in the middle of the song

    Fagan's voicings are amazing as is your playing. Gaucho is my favorite Steely Dan album due to the intricate chord voicings

      Thank you! I can never decide which is mine, certainly between Gaucho and Aja

    This is so awesome. And kudos to homeschooling. I did it with my twins from 5th grade on. Best to you!

    I listened for just less than 30 seconds and you confirmed what my ears heard.The piano is quite a challenge, but I refer to the guitar as well for reference. I used to play both at gigs holding a guitar while playing piano.

    This has been so helpful... I started with the verse and thought I'd never get it.... Now I'm through that and the chorus, working on that last section. Thanks

    Kinda nice to hear an electric piano that has the same volume and presence as an acoustic. Most electric keyboards sound too condensed but that one is nice!

    Really dig that superb track and I did it too as a tutorial last july, and as a matter of fact I did finish the whole 7 seven tracks of the Gaucho album last september (quite a challenge) ! Nice incredible job you do as always ! I can just imagine seven years later, how awesome your playing must sound today ! Peace sir ;^) ♪

    I don't think the last chord is quite an A chord... if you go back and listen to the record there is a different note. Not sure what it is though

    • @tandragon22
      @tandragon22 7 лет назад

      maybe it's C instead of C#
