Sushi Go, For Sale, Coloretto, Fantasy Realms, Love Letter, Incan Gold, Just One, The Crew, The Mind, Biblios, Arboretum, High Society, Oh my Goods!, Jaipor, Werewords, One Night Ultimate Werewolf, The Resistance: Avalon, Hive, Mandala, Lost Cities, Battle Line, Welcome To..., Cartographers. That's all I need.
King of dice: you throw six dice that have numbers and colours and try to match them with goal cards (harder the goals is, it's worth more points, but if you can't fulfill any card, you loose points). Super simple but it keeps hitting the table with just us two and with our friends as well!
Azul. And Race for the Galaxy the mobile game is great too. Saves a lot of handling and calculation time, the game is actually very quick with computer doing all the logistics
Project L, recently. I’d definitely file it under “Once is not enough”, we feel like coming back to it once or twice a week since we discovered it. QE has also been a recent personal favorite, especially if we have a full 5 players. Fantasy Realms and Rainbow Knights had been our mainstays for years before that though. My play group is a stable 3 at its minimum, but we’ve also been enjoying Blitzkrieg if one of us is running late. I’m unsure how easy it’s be to get ahold of as a KS release, but Tussie Mussie is like the ultimate “Filler Filler”, when you need something hella quick. Love me some Dice Throne. I consider it less Filler as I do a great “Ultra-light”. Like it can take upwards of 45 minutes, but it’s light enough you can hold a conversation without skipping a beat… good game to play while catching up with someone you haven’t seen for awhile.
My wife and I love a game that not a lot of people haven't played called. Drop it by Kosmos. When we play it with new people we always end up laughing so much.
My favorite filler of all time is Love Letter. Takes only 3 minutes and you can play upwards of 10 rounds before you get bored. Great game when you are waiting for someone to show up for the main game night because it ends so quickly. I have been looking for Blitzkrieg for a long time but haven’t been able to find one. Would love to get it.
Amazing how you guys have so many games to recommend I have never even heard of. Would be great if you guys show us your collection for a video idea. Must be massive
My most played fillers right now are Star Realms, Bohanza (a classic), Exploding Kittens, Hannabi ( amazing) and a nice surprise 5 minute game called Loading! (Le jeu qui charge vite)
I love this video. A number of your recommendations are fresh and unique for me. Also, I remember the coin-pushing arcade game that is talked about! It's like when you want an extra bag of chips to fall from a vending machine except with a row of coins :) Favorite short game? Hmm maybe Qwirkle.
You had excellent picks, I’ll have to try a few! On my side a few fillers that I really like will be The Crew, Love Letter, Zombie Dice, Die Fiesen 7, The Game, MicroMacro and Tokyo Train.
Awesome as always. The "draft" format is fun and unique. Can you add DRAFT to the video title so we can search for your draft videos, and do the same with your previous draft vids?
I'm 26 but I remember that coin-pushing game thing! They always had those on cruise ships which our family went on a lot when I was a kid and I always just stared at those machines :D (also great video once again! Onirim looks cool! )
omg i thought the EXACT same thing abt kabuto sumo when i first saw it!! :o i used to love that coin push arcade game - i think thats part of why kabuto sumo is so fun to me
Good list… have either of you seen Button Shy games? Sprawlopolis is great solo, and Skulls of Sedlak looks very good for two players. Great channel guys!
@@BoardGameHangover I agree, unfortunately I live in Bahrain and there is no Board Game shops here🤦🏻♂️ I’m working on one, I currently sell through instagram
Since you like Alles Trolli, do you guys maybe know CABO? Great filler game, easy to understand but it can get really intense. Check it out if you don't know it yet, it's great!
What's your go to filler?

My favorite filler game is Coup. Just perfect length and the banter and reading between ppl is much more fun couse its so quick
Great suggestion Michael!

Agreed! Can't go wrong with Love letter. Plus it has many re-themes so you can find a version that suits your gaming group.
Coloretto, For Sale, Point Salad, Love Letter, Ohanami, Silver and Gold, Illusion.
Amazing how you guys have so many games to recommend I have never even heard of. Would be great if you guys show us your collection for a video idea. Must be massive
A tour through our games could be an awesome video to share! Thanks for the idea! :)
I would love to see a collection video as well! :)
@@BoardGameHangover gotta be the whoooole collection. Not just the neatly shelved ones. 😆
My most played fillers right now are Star Realms, Bohanza (a classic), Exploding Kittens, Hannabi ( amazing) and a nice surprise 5 minute game called Loading! (Le jeu qui charge vite)
That's an awesome list! The only one we haven't tried is Loading! Will need to have a look.
Great video 👏🏻 lots of new bg for me.
Love fox in the forest! One of the few games my fiance enjoys playing. Air land and sea is another great 2 player quick game.
I like Draftosaurus as a filler. Also Fantastic realms is always good.
Thanks for showing some games that are not mentioned all the time!
Draftosaurus is really nice! Love it!

All good picks. Have you tried the Deep see version for The Crew?
@@BoardGameHangover Not yet, we’re trying to get through the first one but there’s really too many games! Is that version even better?

Deep Sea Adventure is a great in-between game for a medium to large group! And it's in a tiny box as well :)
Agreed! Size is a big bonus for filler games
Great list! It’s fun watching you guys, keep making content!
My filler games are High Society and Tapple! Both quick and fun to play.
Thank you Ryan!
YOU ARE BOTH AWESOME! ❤❤❤
Awesome content, guys. Thanks! Quite a few that I'm already keen to buy. Even some of the "kids games"... 😂
Good list… have either of you seen Button Shy games? Sprawlopolis is great solo, and Skulls of Sedlak looks very good for two players.
Great channel guys!
Thanks so much. We are yet to discover Button Shy games.
Splendor is my go to filler game
Same here ;) /Jānis G.
Great video guys👌🏻
Where do you usually buy your games from? Is there a specific store?
No, all over the place.
@@gruntsudens Makes sense😂, Thanks
It's always nice to support local stores!

4 words. 1 great filler. Mouse Cheese Cat Cucumber.
Janus has hair! I was beginning to wonder. 😉

Yes! Thank you! At least someone knows
dice throne is not a filler game 😂
