Polina, wonder if u remember I wrote u a comment abt cheek muscles getting big instead of it being lifted. I’ve done exercise to gain fats back from lost fat with rf device, but recently I overused it again😢n could never gain back the fat but instead the muscle just got incredibly tense n not getting bigger when I tried the same exercise method. Feel my whole face is ruined, so depressing. Pls help….😥
Thank you for writing in with your situation and for sharing@@cuixue-rs3mi , please do not worry, your face is not ruined and I’m sure things can be improved 🙏I’m not sure exactly from your description where the tense muscle is but in any case, you can get back to basics and focus on releasing tension in the muscles, either with some gentle gua sha or Massage with hands (and oil), anything that passes over the tense area and stimulates blood flow. Your intent is super important while working with the face, notice if you’re being self critical or disappointed with yourself, acknowledging the mental thoughts and then looking at the other side of these emotions ‘can I be gentle with myself and send love and healing to my cheeks and tense areas? Once you feel the muscles release tension , then gradually reintroduce cheek strengthening to keep the muscles working (pause using the rf device for now). I hope this helps! And don’t forget to acknowledge that you’ve done so well, applying all the different techniques and looking for solutions for your face, do give yourself a big credit for this ! 🌸🌸🌸

I did what u taught here and let it rest, it seems to be more normal now even though still not the same as before:( But the biggest problem is with the nose :( the nose wing became very thin, the bridge reduced in volume. i have flat small nose to begin with, but at least it feels like it's 'strong' n 'normal', now it's super soft i'm scared to even pinch it for fear it will reduce further in size, it's too soft to the touch, feel fragile ToT i wonder if there is any exercise that we can do to make the nose increase in thickness and mass so that it's more normal and stronger? :(( depressed. Thanks and wish to hear back from you Polina.

this was a wonderful find for me. I have been feeling lots of tension in my left cheek and these simply exercises helped me feel some relief. I have only done it once but i will be doing it daily. Thank you.

Yes you can, although I personally find working one side of the face somehow releases tension better 😊 you can try it both ways and decide which suits you best 💆♀
You can tap on it with your fingers, and also glide your finger tips from the centre to the sides several times. Forehead is one of this tension-prone areas so it can be tricky but practice makes perfect, keep doing it and it will let go of tension eventually 💆♀🌸
