He was following proper protocol, by waiting with her until an ambulance arrived, for the vivacious librarian. But she used her feminine wiles on Robin, a woman cannot be trusted.

It's no shock how an older woman acted very seductively toward young Robin to catch him off guard. She likely guessed that he had no experience, anyway.
