You wake up at an abandoned train station in Krat, a city overwhelmed by madness and bloodlust. In front of you lies a single note that reads:
"Find Mr. Geppetto. He's here in the city."
Play as Pinocchio, a puppet mechanoid, and fight through everything in your path to find this mystery person. But don't expect any help along the way and don't make the mistake of trusting anyone.
You must always lie to others if you hope to become human.
Inspired by the familiar story of Pinocchio, Lies of P is an action souls-like game set in a cruel, dark Belle Époque world. All of humanity is lost in a once beautiful city that has now become a living hell filled with unspeakable horrors. The timeless tale of Pinocchio has been reimagined with dark and striking visuals.Set in the fallen city of Krat, Pinnochio desperately fights to become human against all odds.
The city of Krat was insipired by the Belle Époque Era in Europe (late 19th Century to the early 20th Century) and is the epitome of a collapsed city bereft of prosperity.
Experience interconnected procedural quests that play out depending on how you lie. These choices will then affect how the story ends.
You can combine weapons in a multitude of ways to create something new altogether. Research to find the best combinations and make something truly special.
With Pinocchio being a doll, you can change parts of his body to gain new skills and hopefully an edge in battle. But not all of the enhancements are for fighting though, they can also provide several other unique and useful features.

Oh this is crazy. I came to check if there was a 100% Walkthrough of Lies of P and I just missed the stream. Maybe there's still hope for a Walkthrough.
I believe Platinum Chasers is currently working on a 100% walkthrough.
The game is linear enough to where it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Still a lot of fun its just hard to get lost.

I beat this game 3 times in a row when i first played it (really got hooked) with strenght, dex and arcane build. All 3 were completely busted. Strenght was just poise break 24/7, dex was zippy spear pokes and arcane everything was on fire

They knocked the atmosphere for this game outta the park
They only nerfed 3 or 4 bosses, all relatively mid to late game. Strength builds always are easier in Lies of P because it does so much more damage. I've played through ng+5 and each playthrough was easier.

Booster glaze with puppet ax head is the best strength. I say. Just easy destroys everything

Fantastic game, unfortunately I’m still stuck on nameless puppet. Just can’t get passed his second phase. I haven’t tried him in months, I may have to go back and take a look at it.
Use throwables for his second phase if really struggling should get his health pretty close to 0 and then finish him off
It’s really one of those get good or get scrubbed type of bosses
use the perfect parry grind stone for his second phase

This game kicked my ass in some places and then it got patched and I cruised through the last several big bosses-like first or second try. I’ve been trying to tell my less souls-inclined friends that it’s much more forgiving now!
There’s 0 point in selling the weapons you obtain and are unobtainable again who knows when u might want to use them. Selling them you don’t get shi for them
Esp when this game provides cranks to change the scaling of weapons and also allows you to use different parts of the weapons on other handles etc

Exactly, especially since you can mix weapons together. Pretty much every weapon has a use, no matter your build
Great game, but I could NOT beat the final boss (nameless puppet). I must have fought him more than 20 times, and I just could not beat him.
Have you played "the last hero of nostalgia" before? Could be ok game for a stream if your light on games
Replaying this again for NG3, just to get the seventh P Organ.

Hey Cowboy you do realize the more you consume, +other consumers, that just adds to the amount of waste produced by these companies. If we keep consuming they'll keep producing. Not judging just a poor argument.
You're misunderstanding the argument. My point is companies like Exxon or Boeing product so much more waste it's on an exponentially higher level than you as an individual. You could live in a cardboard box naked consuming nothing, it doesn't matter.

Except those aren't comparable because I'm not regularly spilling oil. "It doesn't matter if I use a plastic straw because Exxon is using hundreds of thousands of plastic straws per day" if more accurate.
