Ingredients are simple, but the techiniques will bring out a soft, moist, fluffy cake. So i will be sharing you the tips of a Perfect, Spongy Butter cake.

The ingredients
* Plain Flour - 200g
* Butter - 200g
* Sugar - 200g
* Eggs - 4
* Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
* Baking Powder - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
* Vanilla Essence - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
* Nuts - For Garnishing
* 8 x 8 inch Square Tray
* Baking Paper Greased
* Preheat Oven for 10 Mins - 180°c
* Bake for 45 Mins at 180°c
