Thank you for recommending, Soki! I had the chance to pop into my department store and sample it before corona but completely forgot about it with all the chaos. I also blind purchased Bronze Goddess from Estée Lauder per another recommendation you gave. It’s so tropical. I’m giving it my mom for Mother’s Day (next Sunday in the US)! Totally unrelated to this video, but there's a really interesting article on banana notes in perfumes and the difficulty of pitching them right to get something that's pleasant (it's on fragrantica). Maybe you could do a video on this or maybe one on very unusual notes or notes that a typical of particular perfume times that are not as popular now or even one on notes that you might expect that would be easy to achieve but that are actually hard to formulate effectively, or maybe one about which notes are cheap and which ones are really expensive?
I also find it very interesting how more mainstream, more expensive or exclusive brand perfumes seem to avoid notes like mango, whereas the cheaper ones, perhaps aimed at a slightly younger clientele, have these super sweet fruity notes in more.
Just watched this video and added most of them to my cart online as you talked about them. Hopefully at least one ends up being a delicious mango scent I'm searching for 😁
I own the Hermes one and didn't know that it has a Mango Note, to me it's very fresh and green. Btw I just received the 3 Jimmy Choo Perfumes I bought because of you raving about them and I really like them so far. Xo from Austria

The body shop still carries mango. It's a staple.
One more amazing lush green tropical mango is tiziana vele. It's more high end although you can scout around and get it much cheaper on the internet.
