Ty for rescuing this precious soul...his previous owner was never family and obviously never really cared for him. I wouldn't have let him apologize either, it would have been traumatic for Momo to see him..now he's with his real family that love and care for him and he us part of a pack since he has a doggie brother or sister..most dogs do better with another in the family.
