- The neighbor woman met the dog she thought was missing, and the dog happily ran up to her as it still recognized its beloved neighbor.
We took him back and treated him with only a small percentage of hope that he could recover. But it was unbelievable what he was able to do as he recovered to everyone's surprise and he was able to start a new, happier and better life.
