taking it in less than 24 hours!! will update on my score. trying to get a 1530+, last test was a 1390 but i’ve been working pretty hard. good luck to everyone!!!
Used this as my morning brain warm-up. I really appreciate the nice, challenging questions and the solutions both by hand and in Desmos. Best of luck on everyone’s exam tomorrow! 🌲
Studying last minute and thanks to this video I have a big understanding and seem to be a bit more confident in math. Will update this comment once I get my score good luck everyone!
forgot to update. with the last minute studying I got 1110 which was a 200 point improvement from my June SAT. I am taking OCT 05 SAT to score a 1500+.
Coming back after the SAT to say that a bunch of stuff you mentioned popped up and knowing these formulas/strategies really helped me! Thank you so much for making this!
I just wanted to let anyone know that in the question at min 15:00, its easier solve it by using (b/2)^2+c, in this case you would get (9/2)^2-100 and that gets you the answer really fast
For number 6, if you want to solve on desmos, plug in the original equation, set it equal to zero, and then plug in all your answer choices. Whichever choice matches the graph of the original equation is your answer.
Your videos are amazing. I took Bluebook exams 1-3 so I recognize all these problems, and even after reading some of the official explanations for these hard problems, I didn’t fully understand why some steps were taken to solve it. Your explanations are so much easier to understand, they are truly eye-opening the way you notice some patterns. Thank you so much. I’m glad I watched this video before m exam tomorrow. Been studying rigorously for the past month and a half and been scoring in the high 1300s - early 1400s. Hoping for anything 1400+
precentages, nonlinear functions, quadratic functions, word problems, area and volume were in the exam if i am not mistaken. and i think it was difficult on the seccond module, (harder than i expected)...
i couldn’t solve some math problems, probably 5 or 6 questions as i didn’t have enough time to solve🥲i used desmos and actually this video was really helpful for me but still i have to improve my skills in math💔i’ll pass sat again in october or november as yesterday it was my first try))reading and writing were kinda easy i hope i’ll get at least 1200🥲i’ll say when i get my results))
@EziokwuMgbeokwere 0 seconds ago Please i wanted to ask whether you could add this question to your next question for October because my colleagues said it has come out twice on the test but we cant solve it. Q.139) In the given expression ax^2+148x+c , a and c are positive constants. if jx+k is a factor of the expression, where j and k are positive constants, what is the gretatest possible value of ac? Please i wish this could be solved before the October sat..... Thank a lot!!
Appreciate your work, but 2nd task can be done way faster if you know 1 formula (or just figure it out by doing it once): k= -a/b in configuration ax+by=c. so slope of 5x+7y=1 is -5/7 and slope of ax+by=1 is -a/b. We can then do -1/k for perpendicularity and conclude that the second equation should be just b/a. So. -5/7=b/a. Lastly, we compare every option. In choice B, that is true, as -10/7=2b/a. -10/7=2b/a is equivalent of -5/7=b/a. Sorry if there are any mistakes
Could anyone help me solve this question. The Perimeter of an equilateral triangle is 750 cm, The 3 vertices of the triangle lie on a circle. The radius of the circle is w root 3 what is the value of w. (Note: there was no graph provided for this question, this was all the information given.)
For the triangle, each side is 250, each angle is 60. The radius bisects each angle. r = radius Cos 30 = 125/r r = 125 (2 / root3) r = 250 (root3 /3) w = 250/3
I dont think so, initially we got (-a/b) = (7/5), now in option D since the slope of the first equation is (5/7) and the slope of the second equation( which is again (-a/b)) is the negative reciprocal of that which gives us (-a/b) = (-7/5). And obviously (7/5) does not equal to (-7/5) Hope this makes sense
tomorrow is my test and I'll be back here to tell you guys what happen haha
Mine too!
Goodluck! Mine as well
Me too!
I’m taking it as well! All the best everyone 😊😊

That would be a lot of work. Just factor it's easyy

IM AIMING FOR A 1300 GOOF LUCK EVERYNEO
update i got 1100😭 WE GOT IT NEXT TIME
good luck!!
me too! lmk what you get when you get your score back in a few weeks and ill let you know what i got?
@@brightonyourdaywithbrighto6029I got 1100 LOL
you are a life saver
Thanks dude )
Thank you ❤❤
YALL WILL EAT THIS TEST UP
Theses were really important maths
going tmrw in the battlefield
I'm gonna fuck up but thank you for helping out
Aiming for 1450(im cooked hands down)

He actually predicted the 3rd one
🎉 useful content
thx

so slope of 5x+7y=1 is -5/7 and slope of ax+by=1 is -a/b. We can then do -1/k for perpendicularity and conclude that the second equation should be just b/a. So. -5/7=b/a. Lastly, we compare every option. In choice B, that is true, as -10/7=2b/a. -10/7=2b/a is equivalent of -5/7=b/a.

At time frame 7:40 what if the equations weren't infinitely many. How would you do it then?
Could anyone help me solve this question. The Perimeter of an equilateral triangle is 750 cm, The 3 vertices of the triangle lie on a circle. The radius of the circle is w root 3 what is the value of w. (Note: there was no graph provided for this question, this was all the information given.)

r = radius
Cos 30 = 125/r
r = 125 (2 / root3)
r = 250 (root3 /3)
w = 250/3
@@OverclockingCowboy oh wow thanks soo much
Is the exam gonna easier or harder than the rest I’m stressing so much
every exam is the same. relax you'll do great
Got a 1250 on my last SAT hoping for a at least 1400+! Also when do scores come out?
Exactly two weeks after the test
So, should be September 7
@@Zhongligeoarchon will be out on sept 6. Although can come later too between 2-4weeks. Mostly will be released on sept 6 batch by batch
Alright thanks
What score did u get?
#3 was dead on 😭😭
Watching this after the test pains me 😢
no way that second one takes that long. anyway to get it faster?
How was it guys?
at 8:30 couldn't you have just done P%=((210-30)/30)*100
The last one was a different valeu on desmos? I didn’t get it 😢
Bro I had the same problem. I just refreshed the page and did it again and somehow it was different.
6:13 Isn't D the winner???
Shoot you’re right!! Thank you for catching that

no its b
Yup@@Cine95
D is one of the losers.
a = -7, b = 5
ax + by = 1
Equals -7x + 5y = 1
Not perpendicular
Very easy to check
im so cooked
update: i got cooked
Well, im screwed today
How are you so smart
I’m cooked
Bruh I had to poop I just kept it in it felt easy the test not the poop
so we're cooked basically.
