I love those glass birds. I'd have to walk out of there with 2 or 3 of them. Those red ruby glass coffee cups were cool as well.

Whew! Six antique shops in one day! I wouldn't be able to do it.

I don't think I've ever seen such a large collection of Mammy items, or those birds!---I'm sure you saw flashed glass on your tour, but I only caught sight of one cup as you were swinging through.---Happy to see you three, I just wound up my 4-day clearance sale. Despite posting in two places by two friends, turnout was disappointing. My sister and two dedicated friends were die-hards all 4 days. Setting up, shutting down each day, and then late yesterday, heavy/wet marine layer, puddles in/on all outdoor surfaces. Now, I have to haul all that stuff back in my house until I can get it distributed around town. Sigh.

@@66uniqueantiques Now comes the dusting before putting all the treasures back in place. Getting rid of stuff to make dusting was the main reason for holding the sale. Sigh. My sister is now helping me sort how much stays, what can leave (and where to), phone calls to determine the best place for that, AND, locating some exciting places! The clothing stash found in the garage (none of my family knows where these boxes of nice clothes came from) will go to the local junior college for their student closet. The many boxes of books will go to the library for their future Friends of the Library Sale (which coincidentally is this weekend, so my donation will have to wait until NEXT week), my collection of cook books will go to the Senior Center I signed up with this year (just to have a table to put jigsaw puzzles together!), odds-n-ends will go to the local thrift store for the disabled, and vintage stuff will get directed to the local consignment shop! Our community has a 6-month limit between garage sales (which is NOT enforced), so my next one will be scheduled for AFTER tax time, and perhaps when school is out! This one aged me two years...grr!

I have tried following several antique hunters. I follow you guys because you share my interests in blow molds--but mainly Halloween. However-I collect vintage Halloween plastics like Rosen, Rosbro, Union, Tico. and then paper mache items from the 1900s thru 60s.

I agree the antique picture in the shadow box was beautiful. By the way.. did you mean CornAcopia? When you were trying to think of the name starting with a C? Nice shop you could spend all day there!
