Good morning from LA. I remembered u featured a rental house painted red n cream 2 mos ago, are they the same size? This house is perfect for me as a single retiree. Lots of windows and well kept. Thanks for featuring this house.
Well I'd love to buy it. But I'm not able to. As I'm not married to a Philippino. At least not as of right now. But am looking to retire there early in 6 more years. Still have to make a trip there. To see how I like it.but I'm all about the slower kick back pace.
Hi Peter, here is a link to an old video where I talk about health insurance and my particular health plan. Thanks for watching 🙂 ruclips.net/video/6mv_R7wcK_8/видео.htmlsi=va1DxB-54HkmhscR
As an expat never will I buy proerty in the Philippines, you are not the owner, easily loose everything, keep your bag packed when she kicks you out. I worked to hard in life and I'm not gonna throw my money away to some poor, uneducated, desperate hungry lady.
Dogs, cats, Roosters, karaoke, neighbor blarring there radio been there, I hate it, no privacy, you hang your clothes to dry later all of your clothes are gone, they stole all my clothes. house is made substandard, shoody work, why would any foreigner buy a house and he's not the owner? A foola nd his money soon departed.
Sorry you have had such a bad experience. I haven't had anything like that happen to me. We have privacy, never have to worry about our clothes, and we don't have any roosters anywhere around us. We love our home and the subdivision. Thanks for sharing your experience.
On the plants, they love their plants, ease of access to change as needed. Great starter, not too small, and not over bearing🎉
Yes they do. We have a lot at our house also🙂

Are this place weather proof do to weather.Hurricane. Because of any kind of weather you get in Philippines?
We don't get hammered by typhoons like those who love on the coast. Weather and climate are reasons for Lipa's popularity.
Just like Europe things are just to cramped for me. I don't want to hear the neighbors farting
I understand. Definitely not for everyone. Thanks for watching 🙂
I've always wondered why Filipinos put their outside plants in pots instead of directly into the soil. Does anyone know the answer?
I am not sure about that one. Thanks for the question, maybe someone can answer🙂
Hi Stanley, I wanted to know if you had Philippine Health Insurance. If so, who did you choose?

If there were two bathrooms I would have considered buying it at the price.
