warley church st john the angelist 1 bell only strikes the hours only

now this is warley church just above the burnley and sowerby mainroad i did a walk from manor heath park to this hidden tresure church now the church has 3 black gold clock faces on 3 sides only and has 1 bell which only strikes the hours only its got the same sound as the clock bell at st marys toddmorden the extrea bell which is only hung dead to strike the hours only the bell may be chimed by a rope hung dead on a wooden frame so the bell is hung dead and isnt swung not sure sorry no booklets on the church or the church was not open but it will be seen for ever and ever its a nice little church i went the wrong way took the wrong turning i should have just come down burnley road towards sowerby bridge and turnd up warley road by the junior school ok hope you like the church
