We've been warming the planet for at least 80 years and people thought it wouldn't have an effect. Well it absolutely has had an effect, the oceans are getting much warmer and the weather extremes so much worse. Those who can move to safer areas should do so.

Cloud seeding only affects clouds that already have water vapor in them. You can't manipulate the Gulfstream or the hurricanes building off the coast of Africa but the warm oceans do make them worse. No one is making this happen but industry and humans not having good regulation
