The police were "responding to a call". Al said they were "harassing people". Granted, the police do tend to harass people over stupid shit like drugs, drugs that people literally want to buy, mostly by non violent drug addicts. But when they get a call, they have to respond. With that being said, drugs kill people, and where there's hard drugs, gun violence follows, unfortunately. I'm speaking from experience when I say, drugs are a problem.
