    I can relate sm, I feel like a lot of "og" players happened to drop genshin just before/the moment sumeru was released. Archon was cool but good lord did i HATE exploring it. its the only place i didnt get to 80-100% and do not want to

      I feel that same way, but towards Arlecchino and Shenhe. Theres a lot of characters that I like overall but dont like enought to wish for them. Ive seen that there will be a event soon where we can get a free 5-Star and maybe one of the ones you want will be there :)

    I understand what you mean, I also took several breaks from Genshin, The world quests really do burn you out, I love exploring and the main story quests but the world and side quests sometimes carry on so long that I just don't get enough time to do other things too and it just really burns you out so fast xD. But yeah, I'd say take the game at your own pace, and do one thing at a time, get characters what you like & don't worry about what the Community thinks is best! The game is honestly so much better if you do things at your own pace :) But nice video!

      yess. I came back to genshin just last week. I'm taking it slow, but then I'm seeing all these new regions and all new events are based on it and I'm still on inazuma. Makes me feel like I need to rush the regions just so I can get the event rewards. Idk what tp do honestly since I really want to take it slow and learn every dialogue on every quests and explore slow.

    • @demi5719
      @demi5719 Месяц назад

      @@gmdcp Yeah, I'm currently stuck on the Aranara quests in Sumeru, sometimes I also feel like rushing for the new event rewards, but then I remember that there's still gonna be future events and there's still allot of rewards in the game that I can unlock later on. It's up to you, you can also leave the world quests for later or like, 1 day of world quests, another day for farming or exploring or just story quests. But I wish you luck on Inazuma, it gives allot of rewards with the Sakura Blossom tree

    • @TalesFabrasEN
      @TalesFabrasEN  Месяц назад

      Yeah! Its really easy to lose yourself if you try to get up to date and build characters, use meta teams etc. When the game is best played when you can enjoy it at your own pace and with the characters you like.

    The only time I’ve seen the dialogue change depending on your answer was during a commission in monstadt, that’s it which is crazy

    • @TalesFabrasEN
      @TalesFabrasEN  Месяц назад

      Yeah! I think theres no need for it at this point!
      Even when it does change something, it only changes the next line of dialogue and not the outcome of something.

      @TalesFabrasEN  Месяц назад

      I didnt actually dislike it looking back at it now haha. And I did end up liking Fontaines quests.
      I just feel like they take way longer then they should with their dialogues, and thats not even because the dialogues are long and dense, its because they have a lot of yapping and you cant skip at your pace.
      Also, Im loving Natlans story quests!

    • @ruby8903
      @ruby8903 Месяц назад +1

      @TalesFabrasEN I'm glad then! And I get you, I sometimes got annoyed at the number of lines some quests have, it felt like I spent hours and hours just reading stuff on the screen, but I guess what helps sometimes is just try to see that as someone telling a story instead of a game being verbose lol

    I dropped Genshin up until about a month ago also due to how long winded some of the dialogue is among other things. I still have this problem but the feeling of progression and the high points of the story keep me around nowadays. Also, now that I understand the wishing system a bit better it gives me a better chance of getting characters I want. I very much enjoy the lore aswell, but sometimes I do feel like the quests in this game are not respectful of the players time. To me it feels like they microdose us with a tiny bit of lore or a character appearance every now and then just to keep us around, meanwhile, we are being sent to run or teleport around for some arbitrary reason. I also think the way the game is configured encourages you to pay a little bit of money so you don’t have to grind as much. Just ask an F2P player.
    All of this seems to add up to their key motivation: keep players playing and spending money for both easier grinding, and a guarantee of getting your fave characters. I realise they have to make money to continue as a company, but I think they sacrifice the player experience for that sometimes. So even though I love the game, it really pisses me off ok a regular basis😂
    I don’t know why I wrote this😂

    • @TalesFabrasEN
      @TalesFabrasEN  Месяц назад +1

      Thank you so much for writing this tho! 😂
      I also feel the way you described sometimes. I figured the game is built in a way to be a part of your daily routine, as it seems to want you to play a little bit everyday instead of grinding hours at once. And yeah, the game does encourage players to pay at least a little for like a Welking or so to avoid grinding, but I still believe they charge too much for hitting a pity on the banners. Like imagine wanting a C3 5 stars character as a F2P player, you would need to give up on other characters etc or pay hundreds of dollars for it.

    At this point I think its better for you to just stick to zzz. You don't like farming and you don't like lore. You might just get burn out when you explore especially now that some enemies on the overworld is quite strong. I don't even know why you return tbh.

    • @TalesFabrasEN
      @TalesFabrasEN  Месяц назад

      I understand you saying that! But believe me, I like the lore! As I believe I said, I really enjoy the Archons Story quests and Im crying to know more about what happened with the twins and the World of Teyvat. The thing I dislike is the pacing of the story telling and dialogues, but even that I 100% understand happening because it takes a long time to release the updates and they dont want players to just do everything in one day, log out, and come back only for the next update.
      As someone who got back after a long time, it just gets frustrating not being able to skip a couple of non important dialogues, but thats only one thing I kinda dislike in a game I actually love to some extent 😂

      @@TalesFabrasEN tbh I understand you completely. I think me still playing this game is just a personal decision (and a bit of stockholm syndrome). I just don't want to have another person who will trash the game online because they didnt get what they expected when they didn't even put equal effort in the game. Your criticism is valid. Thanks for conversing in a civil manner.

      @@ajop2235 I'm the one who shoulbe be thanking you! It's quite rare to find polite and respectful people on the internet.
      I do 100% get you and your point, and I appreciate a lot that you took your time not only to watch my video, but to share your opinion through your comment!
      Not trying to find excuses for my mistakes, but as I'm new to making videos and English is not my first language, I believe it will take some try and error before I'm able to communicate myself clearer, and I'm sorry if at some point I said something that sounded like trashing the game.
      But what's most important to me right now, is to create and maintain a respectful community around this channel. I'm really happy to see that the first people interacting with me are people who just like you, were really respectful :)
