After months of not watching TheFutur, then I saw this in my YT recommendation. And This video is just straight up GOLD. It's good to watch their videos again and what's more in TheFutur channel.
Probably the best video of 2023 for me thus far. This was super helpful, saved it for future reference also. The pressure equation and lesson on talking about money are critical in my area.
It's interesting to think about focusing on investing into yourself. It's nice to have a goal like that, to invest into yourself until your market value growth slows down, comparable to how much you're putting in. It's kind of hard to know what makes sense to invest in long term, so this is very practical and clearly defined goal. I like clarity. Small things like this can save years of my life. I've been through unclear life goals - not fun. I think you really have to know your stuff and have some contacts to start an agency. When you're competing with cheap labor market from Asia, you need to be more sure that you can deliver.
