I don’t know if this is just me but I have never seen hot dogs sold in a jar. And I am pleasantly surprised by the look of them in a jar instead of in a sealed plastic package.
@@jen_sever We have all three types here in Australia! It depends on the brand and where its made. I have found British and German hot dogs in jars and cans and American made ones mostly in cans as they are imported. Australian made hot dogs and frankfurts are in the airless packaging.
I'm from Germany, and our Hot Dogs are always in jars. I never thought about buying them sealed, while I do buy Rostbratwurst or Nürenberger Sausages in the plastic packages . But never a Hot Dog

We use meat claws ALL THE TIME when we are shredding meat in the crock pot. Pulled pork for the win! We always manually cut slits in hot dogs before frying/grilling them so they cook inside better and taste nicer.
We actually used the "Curl-A-Dog" for my son's Tigger themed 1st birthday party to imitate Tigger's bouncy tail. They worked perfectly on the charcoal grill. They were so cute! I still use it as a fun thing for my kids.
