I'm born and raised in Atlanta. My #1 Rap Group has always been Bone Thugs, since "Creepin on Ah Come Up". Yes we got Youngbloodz, Outkast, Goodie Mob, D4L, Dem Franchise Boyz, Cris Cross, Ying Yang Twins, Travis Porter, Jim Crow, Ghetto Mafia and dozens of others. But BONE THUGS & HARMONY is Number to me. I purchased every album they came out. Even those Snippet Tapes.

So this was in 1999. They must've also been recording songs, about 17 of them would make it onto the BTNHResurrection album which was released in 2000 and Flesh-n-Bone was on some of the songs.
