Rhone: A Conversation & A Mission
I had the incredible honor to visit Rhone in Stamford, Connecticut. I was invited by my dear friend Nate Checketts, Co-founder of Rhone Apparel to speak and check out his store site. However, it wasn't all business this trip. I tried out my first cold plunge and let's just say it will be a few more years until I decide to that again! Alongside my family, I was able to spread my message of hope, healing and recovery to the people at Rhone who strive for not only physical health and performance, but mental as well. Rhone is an amazing company not just for their clothing, but for their mission and core values to spread well-being and mindfulness to all kinds of people. Rhone, thank you again and I hope to see you in another cold plunge soon!
