Yes, RUclips used to allow you to choose SBS but they dropped that when they went to HTML5. The only way to get SBS as far as I know is to use Google Cardboard or other VR device or be a RUclips Plus(I don't know if it's called Plus or Red or what) member and YT will allow you to download the video. (I have not tried this but someone told me they were able to download SBS)
