  • In this video I talk about Daz Studio and it's suitability for stereoscopic 3D. Including some anaglyph sample pictures!
    I also talk about how I set up cameras in Daz to render stereoscopic 3D!

    Does Daz do anything that you can't do in Blender? I suspect the only advantage is that you get a few free models. Of course Blender has a full stereoscopic camera built in with the ability to set the convergence plane (stereo window).

      Nice, didn't know that about the built-in S3D camera, iClone has that too. Basically, you can create characters with morphs sort of like Reallusion's Character Creator so you can export those from Daz to Blender. I haven't worked with Daz long enough to know if it's better, I personally just get along better with the interfaces that iClone and Daz have vs Blender.
