I’m 37 years old and I too remember days where a lot of places were closed on Sundays so people can go to church! ⛪️ I live in the USA and my state is a blue state and it’s so secular!
I watched mass on reverent video app this morning at 10am California time! It lasted a hour! I was blessed to watch it! I asked for prayers and I was prayed for!

I am glad I'm not the only one reclaiming Sunday

Talking about the Sunday meal brings back a lot memories. Dinner during the week had a hit or miss quality to it but Sunday was the one day when special stuff got made. Whether it was Dad's famous spaghetti sauce, Mom's roast beef, or some curry dish, Sunday dinner was a hit for the most part. Miss those meals, nothing like them before or since. Such a long time ago. It was a different world in a lot of ways. Shame on all of us for letting things get so out of control.
I wish those good days come back! This was what Trump meant when he said #MAGA!
When I was LDS they really emphasized church and family and prayer is all we should do on Sundays. This is not taken with a grain of salt. So I’d have to say that is something I don’t see as much now that I’m Catholic. My LDS faith led me to the traditional aspect of the church as I longed for reverence. I know it’s all been part of God’s plan for me and I’m not afraid to share why Sundays are the day devoted to God
Have you guys studied Daniel 7 and Revelation 13? Not understanding prophecies was the reasons why in the past some shouted, "Crucify Him! Crucify Him! (John 18:40)" while some others said, "My Lord and my God (John 20:28)." Brethren, you are about to fulfil Revelation 13 yourself.
Where in the Bible does it say Sunday is the Sabbath or Lord's day??? And where does it say to honor the Resurrection of Jesus Christ?? My Bible says that the Sabbath is the 7th Day (Saturday) not Sunday
