After 15 years being a metalhead, i became picky with time, and there are countless bands with millions of views that didn't fit my taste, so when i launched this video i wasn't expecting much, but damn... Those early 2000 feels gave me shivers, i did'nt think there would still be people composing that way, and jesus it's so good... Congrats for the work, and please keep it this way, there are people in need of this kind of sounds, with time it went missing way too much.
It really just sounds like a less refined Maggie Lindemann. Kind of that edgy Avril sound that all of them are doing now.
@@icanmakeeverythingilovedie9861 I listen to Maggie Lindemann too, and it's true that her tone sounds like her at some melodies, i noticed it too, but that's it. For the rest, including the sound of the instrumentals chosen, it kinda reminds me of the Evanescence era, and there are'nt many musicians doing it anymore, that's my point. I've been lestening to female fronted Pop-Punk from Avril Lavigne to early Paramore, and then it started to become more common to the point where every female fronted Pop-Punk band was qualified as "Paramore wannabe", which is dumb imo, since there's always room for bands like that, especially since Paramore stopped doing Pop-Punk. So Iv'e been listening since then to Tonight Alive, We Are The In Crowd, Stand Atlantic, Against The Current, Hey Monday, Pale Waves, The Atlantic and many other that i forget right now... I'm basically a metalhead that listens until Black Metal and Technical Death for example, but that doesn't prevent me to enjoy Pop-Punk, and all the bands that i cited above don't have the sound specific to the early 2000 era Alternative bands, that's where this song is particular. You may not like it, but i'm sure there's still people like me that will get that feel and dig it hard ;)

its actually as i find my way back to listening again and again, like when i first heard lacy sturm sing and then listen to everything she did every time, is the feeling and how i became obsessed with certain talents or singers or music which ever but you have that same lacy spoken to the soul feeling vibe .
