Tylman Susato was a composer of the Renaissance Era who wrote several books of simple, yet artistic pieces of music. One of them was "Het derde musyck boexken ... alderhande danserye," a collection of pieces that were written, for the most part, in dance forms. These pieces have been adapted for several different settings, and Patrick Dunnigan has arranged a rather stunning version for band.
Performed by the University Of Texas Wind Ensemble, taken from their album "Bells For Stokowski."

What a treasure,and what a superb arrangement!!!bravissimo!
Beautiful music in lovely, colourful arrangements. Thanks for the post.
The name of the arranger is Patrick Dunnigan, Director Of Bands at Florida State University. The arrangement is commercially available.
For future notice, I will always list the name of the arranger in the video description.
musica divina!
Zumindest laut unserem Dirigenten.
SUSATO Tielman (1551) - Allemandes I et II
Is this arrangement commercially available? If so who is the arranger?
