Good job my digitiser is fine however .....onky issue I have pitting these things back together are the antenna plugs they annoy me and end up coming back off clearly not got the knack lol

Where can i purchase s8 plus display without digitizer.
have you tried to remove only what is necessary?? do you change those screen often?? I already changed 2 screen with no issue removing only few screw. just enough to be able un unplug the lcd ribbon, then you remove the front screen. put it back in plug the ribbon back. put back the few screw and that's it!! you dont need to remove the motherboard the battery and everything else. you need to do all this only if you want to uninstall a good lcd from a defective unit to install it on another. because you have acess to under the screen from under the battery pack. it's sure that If I change another one in the future I will do a video, I took few picture last time but some people still did not believe me lol.
Hey man that is exactly correct. I see a lot of tech reviewers taking apart everything even the cameras. That is only necessary when transferring the components to another frame. But when swapping out the displays, all you need to do is unplug the display cable and that’s it.
@@peterv2485 Isn't it easier to remove the battery first, that way you don't have to fight all of that adhesive from the glass-side risking breaking it?
@@mikeymike4g63 Yep. First step is to always disconnect the battery and since its in the way, the battery can be replaced at the same time too.

It's called screen burn. It's very common. It happens when a picture stays on the screen for a long time. It does not affect your phones functionality
