Thoughts on cutting my own hair

I have been cutting my own hair since I was a teenager, for no other reason than I enjoy the process and the challenge. It has taught me so much and informed a lot of the ways in which I approach cutting other people's hair. Here's a few thoughts and techniques I've picked up along the way!
