I have to admit CJH is really incredibly talented in music and have played a big role in FT Island's journey. But a pity that despite the talent and fame he has, in stead of using it for good, he abuses it and betrayed his members and fans with what he did.(I will not mention whatever he have done, most people should know by now, if you don't, read it up. But it's extremely triggering, just saying) But welp, it's not the first time in history where some talented artist commits crime, I hope he gets what he deserves and repents for it. Whether does he come back or not, it is up to the members to decide if they can forgive him.
First and foremost I don't support Jonghoon's crimes but you should not exclude him, this song was composed by him and whether the people like or not he was part of FTISLAND's story.
I think we all support FTISLAND as four as much as we don't support him for his crimes , but this is HIS artwork

I know they recently became a 4 member band but excluding Jonghoon in his song is not a good idea. I hope we give credit where credit is due. The lyrics of You & Me and Fire are Jonghoon's.. God Bless You, You & Me and Fire are Jonghoon's composition.
Liezil Daberao I don’t understand why it’s not a ‘good idea’. He is given credit in the official credits of the song, and this is merely a fan translation of a song he does not sing in. If what he did was something small, maybe I would be happy to include him in my videos despite his departure but unfortunately I feel strongly enough about his actions that I will not include him in future. If you don’t agree, then I’m sorry but it will not change my mind on the matter.
@@Min8ting If I would to take your point that he is not singing that's why you did not include him then you should also exclude him in your other song translations since he rarely sings. So I get that the main reason is because of his actions which I believe he deeply regret. He said sorry for it (one of the first if not the first to admit his faults and publicly apologized for it). He's not yet a convicted man in SK but his admission will surely put him to jail. I don't have a problem with that. In fact I strongly believe he should be punished according to the law. But his mistakes did not make him less of a musician. He's still a talented musician, a very good lyricist and composer. FT surely mourns the loss of someone as talented as him. Regardless of what happened we are still outsiders and don't have a clue of what really happened that led to such actions.
Based on the news (not entertainment sites), the spycam porn epidemic in SoKor is so great that some toilets (male & female) have posted stickers certifying them as spycam-free. Many Koreans actually believe that it is okay to secretly film and/or distribute illegal footage such as spycams. They can arrest as many celebrities they want but that won't solve the problem for the root cause runs deep. They should educate the people. I know it will take time. I just hope this scandal will led Koreans to realize the need to reform their society.
The promotional video of the Everlasting album in Japan still include JH. They did not make another one. That for me is a subtle statement that they still want JH to be part of FT. Probably they had forgiven him after learning what really happened. After all I don't really believe that other members are innocent on these things. They are part of the society. And the problem is the society itself.

Based on the news, he admitted to sharing illegally obtained videos and taking a photo of the upper body of a woman and sharing it. This was way back in 2015 - 2016. There was news that he shared 6 illegal videos in all but it was from naver and I did not see it in other big news sites in SK (or maybe I just missed it). He did not admit to bribing the police for his drunk driving case before. The one who admitted to filming illegal videos until recently is Jung Joon Young. JJY is still doing it even after 2016 since he had many Kakaotalk groups.
I'm not siding with JH he is not fave like you said. I was getting the facts and know the crimes of the different person involved because JH's crimes and the gravity of it are different from JJY, Seungri and other people in the chatroom which now includes Roy Kim, Eddy Kim, and many more. Above all this I'm more concerned that the police have uncovered 800 spycams in motel rooms when the news broke out. Korean women wear masks and look around for holes even when going to the bathroom since spycams are hidden behind the walls of the toilet. This crime is rampant and is also committed in public baths, gyms, swimming pools and lodging facilities.. This has been going on for years since there was a study that 98% of the offenders are men (teachers/professors, priests, etc). But recently there's news that not only women are being filmed, men too for gays.. This is some sick society. That's why I said that other FT members are not innocent on this offense since it is not uncommon in their society. They must have known somehow that these things are going on.
Now back to my original comment.. I said it's not a good idea to exclude him mainly because this song is still his composition. It is copyrighted. This fan work is technically illegal. Any fan art/work is illegal unless it is fair use. So if you're so angry of JH for committing a crime then you should be critical on this one. With that being said I won't change my mind on this matter just like the video uploader won't change his/her mind.. ciao

If I were to follow your logic, then literally none of these subbed/colour coded vids on YT are ‘a good idea’ because they’re all copywrited to FNC/Warner Japan. That wouldn’t change even if I added JH. Maybe all fan subbers should just stop doing it then? And you’re also equating copyright on a fan video translating a song...to filming having sex with women without consent and sharing it?
Honestly not sure why you felt the need to bring this negativity here. All I’m trying to do is to respect FTs wishes to move forward as 4 - as they have explicitly expressed time and time again. Yes the issue runs deeper, but I’m choosing to judge someone who has admitted to serious wrong-doing rather than throw blame around at ‘society’ at large.
I don’t ask you to agree with me. If you really want him to be included, then make your own video? Just stop trying to force your beliefs on others and making these comments such a negative space for everyone.
