    This technique is actually called "Alberti bass" named after the Italian composer Domenico Alberti who was known for using it

    It sounds a bit impressionist to me. Not so Mozart. Or Mozart after having a drink with Debussy.

      I think the Mozart component was more about the Alberti bass figure than the harmony
