At 32:39, the site of Murmur is RIGHT 2nd IC Space. Shouldn't it be Aortic stenosis murmur which is heard there? Why would it be HOCM?
In hocm murmur is due to outflow obstruction through aortic valve ,as leaf of mitral valve cause the obstruction there .
In deepak marwah notes there is clear cut lines in two topics .
All murmur decrease with standing and amyl nitrate , except the murmur of hocm which become louder and mitral valve prolapse which become longer .
These are the only two conditions when blood is less their intensity and length increases respectively.

Hocm is nothing but subvaluvular aortic stenosis plus lvh plus septal hypertrophy .
During expiration blood on lt side increases , and during inspiration blood on right side increases .

I just read in ghai cysticercosis , if we go by so much minute details , it clearly mention in ghai and internet too , that larva leaves for 5-10 years , not 5-20 , in quesn they specifically forced on cerebral symptoms do not occur untill larvae die , 5-20 years they added in extra at the end .
And i think they literally play with words , and want us to learn exact lines of book. And also , if cysti is large it causes pressure related neurological deficits too, but when it dies symptoms exacerbate.
I think this can only be cleared up with the official answer key.
My opinion would be to not make it too complex in your mind, because it causes a lot of unnecessary confusion and doubts. And then we mark wrong options😅
