To see them every once in a while would be good but you can still take off and explore other avenues too. Stay Safe and Enjoy The Adventure. :) Enjoyed the video!!!
Some things change and others seem not too. The last time you left the Quartzite area Dave, you were singing the same "I gotta leave this area and move on" tune. The - "I'll probably not come back here" song is the same one from days gone by. I think once burned (by whatever) would have been enough for someone of your years. Ah - good times. ------- Leave it at that! You'll be happier in the short and long run. The lake in this video seems to be a nice sandy spot. I think I would have joined Bella, in that lake.
I drove through that area early in 2020. I loved it. Can't wait to go back. This time I'll camp there, then travel elsewhere, exploring for two weeks, then return to Senators Wash. Looking forward to it. I didn't see people swimming or fishing there. But the water looked clear enough. Thank you for the video. Very much enjoyed it.
Hey, Dave! Have always enjoyed your travels. We just got back to our daughters in Az after 3 weeks out. Did around a week each at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument and Kofa. 2 nights at Rock City Petroglyphs near Gila Bend. Wanted to spend a few at Mittery Lake near Senato Wash but sites were taken we favor. Our hearts are in solitude and exploring the area far and wide off the beaten path. Pull a 16 ft Coyote if you happen to see us. We're 72 and so glad to be able to do this boondocking on BLM.
Don’t let it go to your head Dave but you won the cami awards, you were voted most beautiful male nomad on camo Dave’s site. I hear you...your tribe is getting too money led....go out on your own Dave, I’m sure you will find new nomads that will really be your friend and accept you as you are....good luck Dave. I actually unsubbed to panda and a few of her followers...I mean the money they waste on food, disco lights and dressing up like Trollopes for parties...it got old really quick
I have a ridgeback she loves walking around lakes but she swims whole way...summer and right up to when it freezes...personally i think she loves the water before it freezes, seems to cold but she loves it..
The Stone Cabin is about 100 yards west of the old gas station. It is located at the base of the small hill. It is built with native rock so it is fairly well camouflaged.
Stone Cabin is made of stone. Originally it was a gas station and restaurant. Unfortunately, business went down hill with the faster vehicles and Interstates, so fewer people stopped. It finally went out of business in the 90s. As for the displays at the Visitor center, the majority of them or not all of them were tested at the Proving Ground. If you would have checked further, you would have also found out that troops trained there prior to being sent to Africa in WWII. Lots and lots of history there.
Glad you and Bella came and joined us, we knew you both would love it!

Standing out from the crowd - by standing up for yourself .... is far better then being part of the crowd - by being taken advantage of just trying to fit in.
Love watching your videos - so peaceful and relaxing - you are so genuine and kind!
Yep, I understand wanting a change of pace and do your own thing. I noticed to that some of the ones you are refering to have kinda changed direction and have other interests. To see them every once in a while would be good but you can still take off and explore other avenues too. Stay Safe and Enjoy The Adventure. :) Enjoyed the video!!!
Thanks Dave.
Beautiful place!
Everyone likes to be alone sometimes😉
Some things change and others seem not too.
The last time you left the Quartzite area Dave, you were singing the same "I gotta leave this area and move on" tune.
The - "I'll probably not come back here" song is the same one from days gone by.
I think once burned (by whatever) would have been enough for someone of your years.
Ah - good times. ------- Leave it at that! You'll be happier in the short and long run.
The lake in this video seems to be a nice sandy spot. I think I would have joined Bella, in that lake.
Great place. Thanks for sharing
I'm loving your videos on your bike
I enjoy your video's when you explore.
Nice seeing you out there. Beautiful place!!!💚💚💚
Love to see the huge grants they get where it goes...
Your growing and that's a good thing embrace it and you'll be much happier.
👍👍👍 Another great video will have check that area out next time we can get to AZ
Bella said piss on it, and she did!
Totally agree know exactly what you talking about Dave
Wow, great camping spot. Looks like Bella approves, too!
Your channel is good, Dave. Keep up the good work. Also congrats on the Cammy!!!!
Wow 🤩. Beautiful place so quiet and peaceful to relax. Bella loves the water so adorable 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I have a ridgeback she loves walking around lakes but she swims whole way...summer and right up to when it freezes...personally i think she loves the water before it freezes, seems to cold but she loves it..
That is absolutely gorgeous there and Yuma
The light is amazing.
Thanks for getting me out of the house for a fun ride, enjoyed It! Love ur channel!
The 1970s would be nice 😊
The Stone Cabin is about 100 yards west of the old gas station. It is located at the base of the small hill. It is built with native rock so it is fairly well camouflaged.
Hey Dave here is something old thats new again. McDonald's brought back the mcrib sandwich yeah hoo. Have a good one!
I'm learning, still learning 😌 🙏
Stone Cabin is made of stone. Originally it was a gas station and restaurant. Unfortunately, business went down hill with the faster vehicles and Interstates, so fewer people stopped. It finally went out of business in the 90s. As for the displays at the Visitor center, the majority of them or not all of them were tested at the Proving Ground. If you would have checked further, you would have also found out that troops trained there prior to being sent to Africa in WWII. Lots and lots of history there.
