Loved your video showing how to remove old soil from the roots and loosening the roots up. So many people just put the plant down in a larger pot and don’t remove old soil or loosen the roots. The plant needs to have the old soil removed so the roots can connect with the nutrients in the new soil right away. I have nine Fiddles I’ve been growing for past 5+ years. I’ve been repotting with your method and they are doing great! Love your video and it’s very informative and I recommend it to others! Great job!

@@AnnasViolets Actually it was two feet already, but because it wasn't getting enough light it got leggy and I didn't like how it looked lol. Now that I have it near brighter light it's growing a new leaf and the stem is shorter. Thank you for asking Anna and have a blessed Sunday and week!!❤️🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼

I bought one from Costco and it’s dying. I’ve never owned one before. No root rots but all of the leaves fell and now it’s so sick. Idk what to do

I did add coffee to the soil of my fiddle leaf and is dying what can I do ? Do I repot it ? Please help thank you 🙏

Hi Maria. I don't think it's dying because of coffee. It may be overwatered. If you can take the plant out of the soil, check if the roots are rotten. If yes, remove them and plant in fresh soil. And water less.

Dear ma'am , can you tell me some of the reasons why a Ficus Fiddle Leaf Fig plant won't grow any more leaves.
I have a 30 inches in height and it is not showing any signs of growth since I bought it from a local nursery.
While purchasing I did check whether it is healthy or not and it is still healthy as of now.
It is not giving away leaves. They're perfectly healthy. Infact there's new root growth I'm seeing.
Also the plant has bud at the top but it has not opened up since last 15 days. I've repotted it. It has been 15 days since I repotted it. Still not any sign of growth.
What could be the reason? Is it because it is rainy season here? I've kept it outdoors but away from direct rains and it is receiving ample light , not direct sunlight.
Kindly enlighten me on this issue. Help will be much appreciated. 🙏🙂❤

These plants need at least 6 hours sunlight each day to perform photosynthesis. They need sunlight to produce new leaves. The more sunlight the more leaves they get and the larger the leaves will be. I’ve been growing Fiddles for 5+ years now and it’s been a learning experience. I invite you to join our Fiddle leaf Fig Q&A Group. We help people with problems like yours. I suggest you fertilize it with Dyna Gro Foliage Pro. Also get a grow light to supplement the natural sunlight. I use a grow light 10 every day. I can show you the light and my set up of my nine Fiddles when you join the group. I have no way posting pictures here. Hope this helps.
