Non biased (like the movie but didn't love it), just taking note of the statue itself and not been biased as to what it stands for etc..... I think this is probably the best statue in the world at this time.
Presence, diorama, literally a movie still and looks epic. Then you put the lights on and I am speechless. It's beautiful.

I will say...its absolutely insane. Like holy hell. I think it may be the best Statue in your collection topping Thanos Bust, Optimus, WW on Hourse. Its just such an impressive scene/diorama brought to life 💯

The light up is a must for this statue. REALLY takes it to the next level. Not sure why prime1 wants their logo there in the dead centre though...
As much as I absolutely love this statue, the Prime 1 logo taking up the entire side of the building is a big wtf, for me. I don’t mind their logo, just not a fan of it being so big.

@@user-hx4br8to3q i remember the same and also I have an early pic that shows nothing on it, just a bright light. If I end up not liking it, I’ll make something to resolve it. There’s so much to look at on this diorama I may not even notice it.
@@BeastStatues Yea, the bright light was it just washed out from the glare. I think I will have to do something with mine also, still POd we need to buy adapters too.

Would love to have something like that, but you need a dedicated room just to put those things in due to their sheer size.

Without any kind of emotional attachment to the movies, I have to say this diorama is something really special, it's an amazing accomplishment in the world of statues. That light-up is insane, the way it brings the piece to life is so satisfying to see. I hope they invested a lot in the quality of the wiring so that it won't ever fail, that would really suck on a piece like this.

Thats not the original Godzilla look. The head is to small. And King Kong beeing in a battle should of had his mouth more open like in a yell.
Amazing review. I am really thinking about canceling a couple other PO's and throwing down on this. A little hesotant to do so, however, before P1 unveils what they have in store for the GxK film. Maybe amother insane diorama??? I emailed them yesterday and unfortunately they wont comment on timelines.

Without the light up its a lot of grey the red is the only color. With the light up its pretty bad ass. It seems more 1:5 scale.

Im not a huge fan of the Godzilla vs Kong genre personally. Its a cool a piece but not 6k cool to me. The colors of Godzilla, Kong, and the buildings all just blend together for a bland look. It looks alot better with light up feature but thats alot of lights to fail at some point and Prime 1 not including the full light up feature components is hella janky

Man I wish i had the room to center it and see it all the way around. So many people are over critical when they haven’t physically seen it. So do the shapes of the bases fit together so it looks like one large base?

I never watched the new movies except for Kong skull Island. But I think this looks really impressive. Only thing that buggs me is the color. Its meant to be light up an that looks cool! If you are hapoy with it, it was worth it!

Everything looks plain because the dust from all the destruction is covering everything bruh
The lack of color and muted palette tends to have that effect. But when you turn on the lights, it adds the color and gradients that brings it to life. It's a majestic piece.
