Hello Bharat, I consider myself a very good cook and like to watch food videos to improve and add more to my cooking. After watching many videos from different people I have come to a conclusion that you are the BEST. I cook make the best besan dhokla after watching your recipe. No other recipe would tell you the tips that you did in your video. I never used to make bread pakoda because it soaks oil but last Sunday ,after watching your video, I decided to make bread pakoda on my son's birthday party, trust me it was a HIT. I mean one simple tip made a big difference. I followed your chole recipe tip and it worked but unfortunately I used someone else's recipe on sunday and it was a FLOP. I am back to yours. My daughter told me to write my review so that others can take advantage. Thank you Bharat

Woww.....I had tried once. It was delicious. Aur aapka woh idea super hai. Fry karne se pehle dry karna rolls Ko. That's a turning point. Really. Bada mazedar dish. Only problem we cannot make it quite often as my parents are aged and they don't eat aloo and I keep them away from fried stuff. Humare ghar me aloo laate hi nahi.
