You gotta love how intimidating and in control Aventurine feels while youre the Trailblazer but as soon as hes with Ratio hes so frequently on the back foot and sounding uncertain or stuttery or making jokes and in his own way Ratio makes them back, and just generally sounding like a goofy little guy as opposed to the dangerous and unpredictable force he seems from the Express's PoV And then you find out just how much his manipulations fell into place and to pieces at the same time and realise hes kind of both of those versions of himself and neither 😅
His way of manipulating people changes based on who he is with; when he's intracring with most people, he can confidently take a more intimidating and dominant position since he is the one in control of them, while he plays more a fool when working with someone who thinks they're in control.

He has an unhealthy belief that his plans will work because the dice seems to always roll in his favor. He is never actually in control because his plans are too high risk and depend on too much happening the right way outside his control.

Watching it now to compare the acting as I play with Japanese voiceower. Gotta say I sorta like how they sound here, but the nuances and voices in the JPN version seem to sui them much better. They are generally smoother and softer there, but the acting in both is really interresting 🤔 Very different approaches to interpretation for sure.
