Stability now is paramount for these lads to continue to grow. Poch has to stay for me

10000% couldn’t agree more. No matter Europa league or conference league, Poch has to stay. Arguably conference league would be better. Give these boys the chance to make us the first club to have won all 3 UCL, UEL, and the UECL. What an opportunity for experience and for glory for our boys!

    Really good video.
People have been saying that Enzo can't play in this system, I've been trying to tell people about the relationism involved in this tactic allows different players to play in the differnt zones as long as they are covering all the right spaces.

      Thank you mate!
Yeah I absolutely think Enzo thrives in this system as opposed to “making it worse”

I dont think Reece can play all along the right wing like he used to because its too physically demanding. However, his passing and ball control could thrive at the RB/RCB role whilst not having to cover so much ground, meaning he can be fresh when having to 1-on-1 defend against threatening LWs.
Also, if we pin the opposition in a deep block, he could push forward into threatening crossing positions, like Trent or KDB often do. This could be an asset that he can provide over Chalobah or Fofana, who can both play in the midfield of the 3

Definitely agree with the positions he can pick up against pinned back sides (lower blocks) from that deeper positions, those in swinging crosses could be a very dangerous weapon 👍

The tactical tweak has 100% improved us but I’m not gonna lie that just makes it worse for me. He had the whole season to make a change but he was too stubborn. He has to go at the end of the season

And then we might have to start again and wait 8 months into next season before we see good patterns of play emerge, not saying you are wrong but it's a big risk.

He couldnt make the change with 14-16 players injured especially in defence…. And u had to get a fit team and cucurella first because not all left backs Can just PLAY inverted left back. Its so easy to complain but hard to think

I keep hearing how Poch has turned a corner. We were playing this system 9 months ago in the friendlies and looked good but Poch ditched it when the season started so he has wasted another entire season. I remember hoe Conte discovered the 343 formation and Chelsea went on to be Champions this change is a long, long way from that.
It is far too early to say we have turned any corner, where have you been for the last two seasons? If Poch can win all his remaining games then things at Chelsea will be on the up then it depends on the summer signings and players let go then we will have to see how next season before we can say Poch is the answer. And from his latest quotes he implies he could walk so I think it is too early to say how good Poch is.

I reckon the biggest win, if it continues, is getting the same Cucurella that we saw at Brighton, playing well at Chelsea. Not even Potter could do that! If he can provide that high level depth in DM or LB it'll be money well spent.

The Arsenal game taught him a lesson. I'm Pochettino in not out, the guy has struggled with the team full of injuries

Bit random but I noticed you haven’t been active on Twitter for a while and we talked about recording together so I was just checking that you’re still okay to communicate via Twitter? Only worried you’ve been logged out or something haha

Our left wing side and center defence still need much solid strengthening....

Pochettino is tactically inept. Glad he's gone. Every little thing is gonna be alright! CHELSEA!
