Remember another time when an employee had been on holiday, the day she was due back her mum called in to say her daughter asked her to call and advise that she was still stuck in Tenerife as there had been a flight cancellation, we had a rule that the employee had to phone themselves to report absence, so when we explained this to her mum she said “oh right, well I’ll pass her over so she can tell you that herself”. Apparently the daughter screamed “god mum” then just came to the phone and said “I’ll be there in an hour”.

That's most of my saves. I don't think I've ever had a player get a serious injury. FM needs to look at this, its unrealistic that Thomas Partey plays every single game
Heres an idea for an experiment, though im not sure if you'll actually be able to do it. Make it so that teams HAVE to win BOTH halves. Team A goes in at half time 1-0 up they get 2 points then if they finish the game 2-0 they get an additional 2 points, 4 in total. But, if they draw the second half then team A loses a point and team B gains a point, maybe 2 depending on how you're feeling if and when you can try this. Now, this is where it can get spicy. Lets say team A wins 1-0 at HT but then loses 2-1 for example. Then team A finishes the match with -1 point and team B gains that point. As i said not sure if this is something you'd actually be able to do in hte editor but I've always liked the idea of teams having to win both halves
You should give Total Extreme Wrestling a look They have a setting called Kenny Deaths which is Final destination style Deaths. I've also had people suffer A death in the family during a match
I have a save idea which would be right up your street. How about a "fairness" rule where any player that scores a goal in the EPL is immediately transferred to the team who are bottom of the league, or bottom of the National League.
I used this database in my longterm non-leauge team to prem save and im now 2 seasons in. Can you remove it someway as i have only gotten 1 injury after 100+ games and it is hurting the realisim of the game?
