    I can see Raiola to Lloyd deep being a common phrase from commentators. Also , wouldnt be suprised if Dowdell gets a bulk of the load by the latter half of the season( dude seems dynamic). Wouldnt be suprosed to see HH play more at TE as the season progresses. Hopefully we can sign BOTH Sanders and Terry,1 of the 2 at least... As well as Mozee. GBR ! So ready to have a reason to be HYPED!!

      If Gabe Ervin remains healthy coach Rhule will have trouble getting him off the field. Gabe is the type of running back that gets better the more he touches the ball. He hasn’t been able to prove that because he’s been injured.

    As a life long husker fan and old enough to have enjoyed the championship years, the last 20ish years have been frustrating to say the least with the last 10 being down right angering at times...
    Over this time I have learned to not drink the kool-aid... dont sniff the kool-aid... dont even look at it..!! But this year truly seems different, it seems like pieces are falling into place and not being forced.. I will still refrain until after the Colorado game but if we dominate that game, like I think we should, im chug'n the pitcher.... OH YEAH..!

They are the number one company for athletes around the world for NIL technology and marketplace company. And they are ran by a former Husker football player and are HQ in Lincoln Nebraska. That means Rhules players will have first come access to the best tools for NIL and building their brand as a player. Can’t get much better.

    I don’t know Connor but the word is Gabe is looking to make a statement this year . As in has something to prove. If he stays healthy coach Rhule may not be able to get him out of the lineup. Gabe Ervin is a work horse gets better the more he touches the ball. Mazzuca is an excellent run blocker Evan’s better in pass blocking will benefit Dylan.

    Emmet Johnson ends the year with the most rush yds. Loyd with the most receiving yds but Banks or Fidone with the most catches/targets

    IMO my biggest worry is the secondary. Sure we have Tommie and the older Buford... but what about the others? Heltzog can make some damn good plays but also gets burned... its funny im more worried about them than the offense but its the B1G..

    I don't think the point about Rouse was totally true. He may have been underwhelmed by what he was offered, but i think there was a lot more to it than that, like his future NFL plans. But ive got to say your reasoning on your points is really well thought out.

    I cant remember such a well rounded receiving core, size and speed. Lloyd will keep the defense respecting the deep ball every time until they don't. Neyor will make some big plays every game, Fidone should have a monster year. Who knows how big of a year Banks will have. He fights for the ball incredibly well and could end up being the number 1

    This will be kind of a "pick your poison" team. I think one of the RBs will have a big year, but can't predict which one it will be. I also think Jamal Banks will end up being a key possession 1000 yd receiver. I think HH will play about 15% of the snaps on special packages.

    About time he said 6 wins. I'm hopeful that we can get to a bowl game. We need it for the program. Overall we should be decent this year, but we had the #1 recruiting class in 2021. We started #24 in the nation and we're the best 3-9 team. I hate that so much. Best 3-9, let's get it right, we had the worst coach in college history.
    Coaching calls this year will be what I watch. Hey that should be your next prediction. Has Matt Rhule learned from his mistakes? He lost us 3 games last year, so we will see.

      To an extent, I agree with you. Nebraska has a bigger brand, more NIL, and less strict academic standards than Wisconsin. On the other hand though, Wisconsin has been more successful recently (especially against Nebraska) and Luke Fickell is a legitimately good recruiter.

It’s all about evaluating talent and getting the needs of the team covered. Your right Fickell knows the BIG recruiting territory. Assistant at Ohio State and head coach at Cincinnati. Must have plenty of contacts in the Midwest.

    Corcoran is one of the biggest disappointments in recent memory. For a high 4* tackle, it’s surprising scouts missed that he just doesn’t have the speed to cover big ten edge rushers.
